Ideally situated in a group of 8 private houses with secured access and parking for two cars. Offering all year round comfort in quiet, secluded surroundings. The living room opens onto a south facing shaded terrace and landscaped garden that is not overlooked and leads into a natural woodland valley. A very large shared pool is adjacent to the garden.

Located close to all amenities and activities, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Town centre 5 minutes; beaches 5-10 minutes; motorway (A8) 5 minutes; Nice airport 20 minutes.

We have been visiting Mandelieu-La- Napoule for 30 years and have made good friends here. With retirement approaching, we decided to buy this property 15 years ago and it is now our second home that we love very much. You will find the house elegant, comfortable and cosmopolitan.

What makes this house unique

The absolute quiet of the countryside yet the closeness of towns, beaches, sports, museums and galleries and hiking paths convinced us to settle here.

The very friendly neighbours are an additional bonus.

Great house, great location, equals great holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa at this fantastic location. We have rented many holiday properties in France and this is at the top of the list for comfort, elegance and convenience, enabling us to feel instantly at home. Everything you need is here!

The house was spotless. Good sized shower/bathroom facilities on both ground and upper floor. Easy to use kitchen with all mod cons and dining area. The ground floor living room area has plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in and watch TV/DVD. Lots of helpful guide books.

We had great weather all week and took the opportunity some mornings to relax in the south facing garden with a book…enjoyed the landscaped vista. Just at the end of the garden the gate opens onto the bank of the little Theole River which with the surrounding natural woodland gives an ambience of gentle calm.

We like fresh baguette and the odd croissant or two with our breakfast and were able to stroll to the local baker in 5 minutes. All the necessary shops are walking distance and there plenty of restaurants to choose from, if you need a big supermarket it’s an easy drive. We found the location a great base for tours of the Cote D’Azur. Would recommend a visit both to Cannes and Nice. We also took a trip to the Isle de St Honorat from Cannes and it was well worth a visit.

The German owners speak fluent English and provided a friendly and efficient service.

We are a middle aged couple but would also recommend to families. The house is part of a small group but we feel it has a very private and individual character.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir (4-köpfige Familie mit zwei halbwüchsigen Mädchen ;-)) haben in diesem sehr gepflegten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus eine schöne Zeit verlebt. Es fehlte an nichts! Gepflegter Garten und schöner Pool, der nur ein paar Schritte entfernt ist. Auch das WLAN hat auf Anhieb funktioniert! Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise klappte problemlos. Mit dem Wagen sind es zum nächsten Supermarkt und zu den Stränden nur ein paar Minuten.

Unser Fazit: Hervorragendes Domizil, das in Ausstattung und Lage seines Gleichen sucht. Überaus freundliche Vermieter :-))) Vielen Dank und viele Grüße !!

Ein Geheimtipp! Zeitraum: 27.02.2016 – 05.03.2016

Vor ein paar Jahren waren wir im Sommer in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das, wie wir feststellen konnten, noch schöner und komfortabler geworden ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Nun waren wir eine Woche im Winter dort zu Gast und können nur sagen ‚es lohnt sich’, eigentlich ein Geheimtipp. Tagsüber sonniges, mildes Wetter und ein tiefblauer Himmel, der dazu verleitet das gemütliche Haus zu verlassen. Denn es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen in der näheren Umgebung (dazu liegen Informationen bereit). In Mandelieu und Umgebung blühten noch die letzten Mimosensorten (in diesem Jahr war die Mimosenblüte früher als normal). Sehr lohnend war auch ein Tagesausflug ins Hinterland von Nizza, landschaftlich wunderschön lädt es zu Wanderungen ein.

Auf dem Heimweg noch in einem der vielen Supermärkte Köstlichkeiten der Region einkaufen, und einem gemütlichen und ruhigen Abend ’Zuhause’ steht nichts mehr im Wege.

charmante maison

nous avons été deux fois dans cette belle maison propre et très bien équipée. Il n'y manque vraiement rien pour des vacances réussies - terrasse meublée, beau jardin avec deux palmiers, piscine collective , parking clos. Dans le salon on trouve toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter de la région.

Ein Paradies

Wir waren vom 2.5. bis 15.5.2015 in diesem einmalig schönen Haus. Es war mittlerweile das 7. Mal und ich kann nur sagen, es war auch diesmal wieder ein Traum.

Das Haus ist dermaßen geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, wie es normalerweise nicht üblich ist. Es ist das Heim der Familie und genauso fühlt man sich als Gast.

Der Garten ist ein Paradies. Da das Wetter es zuließ haben wir jeden Abend auf der Terrasse gegessen und uns an diesem traumhaften grünen Anblick erfreut.

Die Ruhe wird nur durch Vogelgezwitscher unterbrochen und das, obwohl das Haus nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto vier Minuten entfernt.

Cannes liegt 15 Autominuten entfernt und die Alpes Maritimes ebenfalls.

Es gibt so viel Möglichkeiten, die Freizeit zu verbringen, da überall in der Nähe Natur-, Kultur- und Gastroerlebnisse zu finden sind.

Das Haus und der Garten sind überaus gepflegt und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für gutes Kochen braucht, bis hin zum Austernmesser.

Die Betten sind von sehr guter Qualität und neu.

Wir geben diesem Haus in jeder Hinsicht 5 Sterne und freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Besuch.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in ihrem Haus von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt, man merkt es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.

Da ich sehr gerne koche und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fantastisch sind, habe ich auch die funktionelle Küche und ihre Geräte sehr geschätzt. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind in ausreichenden Mengen uns Varianten vorhanden und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch unsere Erfahrungen mit Urlaub in anderen Ferienwohnungen bzw. -häusern ist uns das äußerst positiv aufgefallen.

Auch die

Begrüßungsflasche Cremant hat uns sehr gefreut.

Am pool waren wir meistens allein und haben ihn sehr genossen.

Wir können uns gut vorstellen hier nochmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen
