The apartment takes the entire top floor of a stunning three storey 1930's Provencal villa and features 2 fabulous sun kissed terraces. Just a 2 minute walk from a 4km stretch of sandy beaches and the vibrant resort of Juan Les Pins.

The whole apartment was fully renovated with a contemporary South of France style in 2013. It features two bedrooms each opening out onto a sunny terrace. The apartment also benefits from a luxurious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and stylish bathroom with separate WC and air conditioning.

It has two terraces, one of which is 50msq and south facing. It is furnished with brand new furniture for relaxed sunbathing and al fresco dining. The second terrace is smaller overlooking the gorgeous garden below and has a coffee table and chairs for private breakfasts.

There is also a private car parking space in a secure underground garage opposite the apartment. A rarity on the French Riviera.

Superb location on a quiet street (Avenue Saramartel) on the Cap d'Antibes side of Juan Les Pins. The beaches, nightlife, park and shops are less than two minutes away by foot.

About Zoe Howorth

We are a family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 young boys.

We first fell in love with Juan les Pins 15 years ago. Although we always said we wanted to travel to new places every holiday, we just kept coming back to this spot and so eight years ago we bought 'Ma Provence'.

Why Zoe Howorth chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

We live in London and we miss the warm weather - so the huge sun terrace was really appealing. It enables us to eat outside - be it breakfast or dinner, or even a lazy lunch after a morning at Antibes Provencal market or messing about on the beach with the kids.

The location of a quiet side street, but right by the restaurants and beaches was also critical. We love having JLP and Antibes on our doorstep and we dont want to jump in a car all the time ... but we love coming back to somewhere peaceful. The French Riviera does get busy in peak season.

What makes this apartment unique

If I were to sum up the feedback that we have had over the years from our guests .. many many who have returned year after year - its the location and the sun terrace which are the top two features. The apartment is surrounded by 5 star hotels so really is the prime location in JLP, you are actually on the Cap d'Antibes. We also have a very friendly and efficient property manager who has been with us for eight years. She is hugely appreciated by our guests. She meets every guest on arrival at the apartment and checks up on them throughout.

Beautiful Apartment in Juan Les Pins

I have now rented this apartment 3 times which says it all. The photographs and description of the apartment are very accurate, and it is always clean and tidy with well maintained decor and tiled floors. The first year I hired a car to explore some of the beautiful villages like St Paul's De Vence however now I arrange a taxi from the airport (listed in the Joining instructions). The location is excellent on the Cap de Antibes side of Juan Les Pins with a 2 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. It is also only a 15 min walk to Antibes where the old town is also worth exploring. The apartment has an excellent balcony which has the sun all day and is useful for outside dining. The apartment is in a quiet street and is very secure. If you want to travel further, there is a good train service to Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo.

Owner's Response: Thank- you so much for your review - I think you have pinpointed the 2 best things about the apartment - the location - just a stones throw from the beaches and restaurants of JLP - means that there is no need for a car and that extra just hassle and expense . In addition the 2 sun terraces always receive good feedback as they are great for alfresco dining and relaxing on the sun loungers if you wish to hang out at the apartment. - Thanks again, Zoe

Beautiful oasis!

We've stayed in Zoe's apartment twice and it's absolutely lovely. A relaxing oasis just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach and the hustle and bustle of Juan Les Pin's restaurants and bars. Zoe provided excellent information in advance and the manager was efficient and polite. The underground parking is a bonus, although you don't really need a car at all - everything is walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, I've booking again!

Lovely !!!

This apartment is very nice and very well located in Juan Les Pins. Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarket, etc. We - a family of four people - did enjoy the apartment so much, especially the huge terrace. Although our flight was delayed the taxi driver recommended by the owner was waiting for us and upon arrival at the apartment a nice lady from the property management company was waiting for us. Everybody was nice to us and everything in the apartment was working fine. The only thing we missed in the beginning was a TV channel to watch Tour de France. However we did bring our own computers and ipads, so it turned out not to be a problem.

I really appreciated the high quality mattress as I have got a bad back.

All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday and we would highly recommend the apartment to everyone.

Lovely apartment, in need of a bit of TLC

Lovely apartment, great location, good quality linen and comfortable large bed but unfortunately in need of a bit of TLC. Various equipment did not work, air con, TV, gas rings, outside lighting, door locks unreliable.

Upon arrival apartment had not been fully cleaned, very dusty floors and surfaces.

Issue maybe due to end of season but the property should be kept at the same standard all through.

Underground garage very useful as parking in street almost impossible.

Very close to beaches, the 10euro beach, 2 minutes walk away was good value for money.

Good variety of restaurants near by to suit any budget.

Drinks in bars very expensive, recommend buying at the supermarket and sitting out on the terrace to drink.

We did notify and apologise ahead of your holiday for the the AC being out of order and we provided 2 fans for each room instead - we have had this system fully replaced .
