Right in the heart of Saint Pierre en Port village, the house is at walking distance from bakery, grocery stores, local farm (don't miss farm eggs, butter, cottage cheese and legendary local sour cream), church, hiking trails, forest and beach. One can also go and shop at farmer's market on Monday in Cany Barville, Thursday in Etretat, Friday in St Valery en Caux and Saturday in Fecamp. Saint Pierre en Port is located on Côte D'albâtre, famous for its spectacular 50m high clay cliffs changing tone colors with sky light, and its famous 'galets', source of construction material of many local houses. One can fish at low tide, on the uncovered rocks generated by fallen clay over the years.
Our house is 15minutes away by car from Fecamp train station, and 40 minute from Yvetot's. It is 1h away from the 2nd world war beaches (Ouistreham/Arromanches).
Finally, specialty products from the region are Camenbert and Pont L'Eveque cheese, Calvados, farm butter and cream, and apples.
