The price of the house includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning) and bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one toilet towel per person, one bath mat for each bath and one set of sheets per tenant). Only change of clean clothes for stays longer than one week.

We have bunk beds, cribs, high chairs and beds to suit customer needs beds.

Information about the tourist tax Formentera.

From 1 July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands establishes a Tourism Tax

Sustainable, which it must be collected directly by the tourist accommodation.

Children under 16 are exempt from payment. The amount to be paid has been set by the

regional government and ranges from 50 cents to EUR 2 per night and person plus VAT, depending on the type of

accommodation. In the case of agrotourism and rural houses the amount is 2 EUR + 10% VAT (per person, per

night). From the 9th day stay this tax is reduced to 50%.

The objective of this measure is to help maintain the natural beauty of this island.

The tax must be paid to the owner in cash on arrival.
