The exclusive community is enhanced by a peaceful setting with mature oak trees, royal palms and tranquil lake and is just 20 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our pool home is furnished to a very high standard and we offer a comfortable three bedroom two bathroom home, fully carpeted throughout. The main living room has two sofas, coffee table, CD player and TV DVD, overlooking the pool deck and lake beyond. Patio doors open up from the living room to the lanai and pool area where there are tables, chairs and sun loungers. A fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast area, further formal dining area, with wooden flooring overlooking the lake. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans; the third bedroom with Sony Playstation2. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a queen bed whilst the third bedroom has two single beds.
Desk top computer with broadband wireless internet access for guests use.
Pool and Beach Toys: We have an assortment of pool and beach toys in addition to beach chairs and beach loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool and beach.
A cool box is also available for the beach.
Additional Information: Bed linens, shower and hand towels, beach/pool towels, and T-towels are provided.
An assortment of paper-backs, music Cd's, DVD's and PS2 games are available for your enjoyment.
The pool is Solar panel heated. Electric heating for the pool is available for use in the cooler months at an additional £80 ($100) per week if requested.
The double garage up and over door is electrically operated both push button and remote control from the car.
The gas grill BBQ is available at an additional cost of $30 per week paid locally to our on-site manager.
Our local manager resides on hand in the community and will contact you early after your arrival to assist with any questions you may have.
We have spent 2 weeks in Florida. Your villa is 5 star; you have thought of everything we could possibly need. Thank you also for the welcome pack - ideal when coming in late at night.
We have enjoyed meals at : 'Rotten Ralphs' (fish and chips enough to share), 'Outback' on Cortez Road (lovely meal).
Anna Maria Island - fantastic beach - drinks on the pier - friendly dolphins - ice cream at Scoops'.
We hope to return in 2014 and won't hesitate to recommend your villa to friends.

What an excellent vacation home....full of the homely things that you meant to pack but somehow forgot. We believe this property is in an excellent location to reach the Bradenton and Sarasota beaches as well as all the Bradenton and Sarasota shopping Malls have to offer...also near to the I-75 which gets you anywhere in the state quite easily.
Everything is there as is mentioned on the website and the home is scrupulously clean throughout. Excellent pool furniture, toys and for us, the essential lanai (covered area) in which to relax, eat or just get out of the sun for a while.
We were lucky to meet John and Lynne on our final day as they had just arrived....we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and ease to deal with. Perhaps one day we will meet again as we plan to return to their house next year all being well.... for 1st time visitors there is loads to see and do in the area. Just look in the guest books in the house for comments from previous guests and there are more than enough suggestions there.
Thanks again to you both for the use of your Florida home and (trust me folks), you will be pushed to find a better home in a better location in the Bradenton and Sarasota area.

After a hectic week in Orlando we were ready for some r+r on the Gulf Coast. We immediately felt at home in the villa and the welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated, thank you :) The villa is spacious and decorated in calming blue hues and is so well stocked from beach chairs and umbrellas, games, books, cd's to the little things you forget like herbs and condiments - and the kids had a brilliant time using the body boards on the various beaches. Publix and a post office is about 3 minutes away whilst Walmart a mere 5 mins in the other direction. The villa is about 20 minutes away from the coast - head to City Pier on Anna Maria Island for a drink and you may be as lucky as we were to see some wild dolphins! Magical! Had lovely meals at Woody's River Roo in Ellenton and Old Salty Dog at Lido Key which is also a great beach for watching sunsets and the finest white sand you'll ever see! We visited Busch Gardens, Clearwater Marine Museum (both about an hour away) and The Ringling in Sarasota is definitely worth a visit. Ellenton Premium Outlets is quiet compared to Orlando's and the University Mall in Sarasota is very nice too. We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa and would highly recommend. Thank you John and Lynne for making the booking process so smooth - we would love to return in a couple of years and are starting to save now!
After the hassle of Orlando, this was the perfect tonic! A beautiful home, an excellent pool, situated in a quiet location that is convenient to great beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very efficient and helpful in every way.
A beautifully presented property located within a short drive of pretty much everywhere worth visiting in the local area! We visited a number of great places whilst on holiday here; Siesta Key, Sarasota, St. Armands, Cortez, Bradenton Beach, Ellenton shopping outlet, and Lakewood Ranch to name a few. All of the areas were recommended from the owners and also reading the guest book. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely villa and will be booking again soon!
This is an excellent villa to rent. It was immaculately clean and spacious. It's well resourced and the welcome pack after a very long day traveling was a delight. The owners and the management company are so kind and helpful and the area is safe enough to go out running. The pool is lovely and the South facing garden means you could catch the sun at any time. My children enjoyed the house and the pool toys. Very close to shops and some restaurants but you do need to drive. We had such a great holiday.
Another wonderful stay in bradenton the villa is excellent and we love it went to Anna Maria island,visited Busch Gardensand had a trip up to Seaworld and did some shopping we had a lot of lazy days around the pool sunny all day rain in the evening look forward to returning next year
Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere 7 minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theatres. Airports within easy drive to the house are Sarastota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (2 hours) and Orlando Sanford (2 hours) and Tampa which is the nearest major airport being 50 minutes. Downtown Disney can be reached by car in just over an hour whilst Busch Gardens can be reached in around 50 minutes. So peaceful yet close to the action our house is easy to find …… but difficult to leave!!!

Golf: There are numerous golf courses in the locality; the nearest being Peridia a mere 2 miles away. Other golf courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area are 5 miles and upwards away from the house.
