30A Escapes presents... Clair de Lune

This beautiful house is located in the popular neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. The community features a 12,000 square foot Lagoon pool and free, optional tram service to the beach. The house is located at the beginning of the neighborhood close to the beach and pool!

As you enter through the front door you will be taken away with the incredible decor and open floor plan. The house has beautiful tile floors throughout the first floor. The living area has ample and comfortable seating to relax, a flat screen TV and a lovely fireplace. The open floor plan flows into the kitchen where there are 2 separate bar areas on either side of the kitchen for extra seating. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and an ice maker add to the luxury of the first floor. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well stocked for all of your needs. The dining area seats 6 and is adjacent to a private patio for relaxing outside. For your convenience, there is a powder room with a unique sink, and accent tile work.

As you move up to the second floor, wall to wall, gorgeous hardwood floors catch your eye. The first bedroom features a King sized bed, elegant shabby chic style furnishings, a walk in closet, flat screen TV, and private balcony. The connecting bathroom has granite counters and a beautiful glass shower with decorative floor and tiles. Through the hallway is a full size washer and dryer.

As you enter into the master suite, an exquisite tufted headboard and mirrored nightstands will help soothe you after a long day at the beach. The master suite also has a large dresser, flat screen TV, large closet and private balcony. The private bath has tile throughout, a deep soaking tub, double vanity, glass shower and granite counters.

The third floor features a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks (total of 4 twin beds), 2 closets, a large outside patio, and private shower/tub combination in bathroom. The entertainment room has the largest, most comfortable couch that is fun for all. A 70” flat screen TV, private patio featuring 2 picnic tables, an outdoor kitchen with grill area and refrigerator! You will even catch a peak at the ocean while enjoying this space!

Important Things to know:

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) 3 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

**International Travelers will be charged a 5% admin fee instead of the domestic admin fee shown at the time of booking.

Beautiful and convenient

Our family spent a week at Clair de Lune in September. It was not our first time in this house. We returned because the house is so beautifully decorated and has the perfect amenities for a family (or two). It is also extremely well located. Steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach! We can't wait to go back to Clair de Lune again!

Excellent House

I have been coming to 30A for ten years and have stayed in houses all over – from Seaside to Rosemary. This house is my favorite so far!! Two fantastic master bedrooms are the highlight of all the amazing decorating touches from the carefully selected bamboo window shades to the elegant linens. Our kids loved the bunk room… and that incredible “world’s largest sofa” just sucks you in. The family almost looked forward to a rainy day so that all of us could pile onto the sofa and Netflix for a few hours. There may also been a nap involved.

Exhibitionist Heaven

This is a lovely home and it is beautifully decorated. I can't give it five stars for the following reasons: For a rental of this caliber I would expect black out shades in the bedrooms and at least privacy liners on the open weave shades for the bathrooms. Once the sun went down and the lights came on, the open weave shades offered ZERO privacy. The neighbors had a direct view into the master bath window and glass walled shower. No showering at night! No changing in the bedrooms at night! In the morning when the sun comes up at 5:48am, the rooms are flooded with light because the shades are unlined. No sleeping in on vacation!

Also, the decks could be furnished better. There are 6 wonderful decks and you can catch a great breeze on the third floor deck, but there are only two wooden picnic benches on one deck, and one backless wicker bench on the other. Not comfy for hanging out.

If this property had those two things improved, we would definitely rent this place again.

Fantastic Rental by the Beach

This was our first time in Seacrest Beach. Recommended by a friend. The house we rented was a beautiful three story home with all the conveniences offered. Walking distance to the beach, shopping (my favorite thing to do) and restaurants. Also close to a very large, well maintained pool in the complex. The house was impeccably furnished with 'top of the line' designer furniture which was both comfortable and beautiful. We brought some of our family with us and we had plenty of room for all. One bedroom had two sets of bunk beds which our grandchildren loved. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary equipment needed for large meals with a great seating arrangement for both young and old. The master suites (yes there are two) are on the second floor along with the washer and dryer. Very convenient for laundry. The third floor contains the 'kids' bedroom with the bunk beds and a great room with a large TV. Also on the third floor was a nice surprise, an outdoor kitchen on the third floor deck which is under roof. We entertained up there a few nights. You can see the gulf from there and we saw the full moon over the water...beautiful.

To conclude, this property is a lovely rental and our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. We would definitely come back to this property again.

Beautiful Home and great location

One of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in during my many trips to Seacrest. Every room is impeccably decorated with care. Great large kitchen for large groups (like our crowd) and a another outdoor kitchen on the upper most deck. Bonus..you can see the gulf as well from that deck! This home is also in walking distance to the beach and the shops at Rosemary. We rarely had to use our car the entire time we were there. The community pool is also one of the best on 30A. It is close to the house, very large and well maintained. If you looking for a beautiful home, great location and a great trip with family and friends, I'd highly recommend this home.
