Apartment magnificent views, 2 bedrooms, large living comedort outer ear

Tenth floor, finished remodeling, with a large terrace with spectacular beaches and fishing port city views. It is located on the seafront, equipped with numerous restaurants, bars and amenities such as a Public Health Care Center. Two double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The terrace occupies the entire width of the apartment on the south side, in front of the port provides very suggestive panoramic: A dynamic landscape. This facing south, so even in winter, it is possible to sunbathe. Fully equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the mountain. Air conditioning and heating, wi-fi conection ideal for 4 people Apartment, sleeps six but you must know that there is room for four in two bedrooms but the other two on sofa bed. Bathroom with shower. The apartment belongs to the maritime neighborhood has an excellent connection to the historic center through the Principal Rambla, elegant promenade shaded by large trees, the heart of the city, counterpoint maritime district, with major trademarks terraces bars, restaurants, public market and other services. From the promenade, you reach the two main beaches: Playa de la Street (200m) and Playa de Ribes Roiges (400m), spacious and well equipped with bars and practice centers sailing and water sports.

Lovely Space

We very much appreciated the space and independence. Everything we needed, very well equiped. We especially enjoyed the lounger chairs on the balcony, which was quite private with views of both beaches and the workings of the fish market. Fabulously convenient for supermarket below and a short walk to the hypermarket too. Easy access to railway, especially using rear access to station. Washing machine handy to refresh linens, most useful for bed as a very ample supply of towels provided. Public areas kept very clean by concierge, who always had a friendly good morning smile on a daily basis.

Lovely apartment with great sea views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment. It is a great base from which to explore Vilanova and the close proximity to the rail station make day trips to Barcelona, Port Aventura and Tarragona very easy indeed.

Vilanova has great beaches, one of which is a 5 minute walk away and there are many lovely restaurants nearby. The old town is well worth a visit too.

But the best part is the view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.

Die Fotos entsprachen absolut den Tatsachen. Meeega Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Bahnhof, Restaurants und Läden zum shoppen in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und Concierge. Würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Preis - Leistung ist sehr gut.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très clair,propre et bien équipé. Endroit relativement calme. Situé idéalement la vue est superbe. Une supérette se trouve,juste en bas de l'immeuble ce qui est bien pratique!!!!!!

Petits détails négatifs :

Remontées d'odeurs légères dans la salle de bain.

La climatisation ne se trouve que dans la salle à manger et bruyante.

Manque un égouttoir à vaisselle.

Conclusion un appartement presque parfait et une ville très agréable.

Très bel appartement

Appartement clair, spacieux, confortable, très bien entretenu. La décoration est épurée mais efficace. Il ne manque rien, ni en vaisselle, ni en ustensiles, tout est parfait, la qualité de la literie est très bonne. Cet appartement est extrêmement bien situé, proche de tout (centre ville, gare, plages), la vue est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié la prestation ménage et changement du linge de maison en milieu du séjour (nous sommes restés deux semaines). Nous recommandons bien volontiers cette location.

On the promenade you can do any sport, you can also enjoy water sports or lost by small coastal bays. There is a tennis club 10 min. If you want you can do walks along the promenade or in the harbor.

Ideal for couples, families or friends. You can park without problems in the area

We also suggest visiting the nearby vineyards of Penedes, home of the best Catalan wines
