Excellent ground floor apartment with garden. The owners supply all you need for the holiday.

The owners of this apartment where we have stayed for a week could not have been more welcoming. The apartment comes with a garage accessed from the road or by a lift outside the front door of the apartment. All rooms were clean and well appointed and the free wifi was A1. The Promenade des Anglais is only a few minutes walkaway with bus stops the same distance. You can travel by bus as far a Cannes for 1 euro 50 and from Nice port to Menton again for 1 euro 50. Nice is undergoing extensive road works at present as a new tramway is being installed running parallel to the Promenade des Anglais and improvement works are being carried out to the cycle path on the promenade. There is so much to do in Nice so I will not dwell on it now as the Nice tourisme website tells you all. I hope you enjoy your stay in the apartment as much as we have and we were blessed with sunshine every day of our stay.

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, Françoise, très gentille et serviable.

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, spacieux, pratique, situé au calme à moins de 10 mns à à pied de la promenade des anglais !

Bus à 5 mns, commerces de proximité !

Bref, une excellente adresse !

Agréable et reposant

Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité .Une bonne présentation de l'appartement et de l'environnement a été faite et je remercie vivement cet accueil et le coté attentif à nos questions.

L'appartement correspond très bien a l'annonce , il est très propre et bien fonctionnel.Je dois rajouter que la literie est très bonne et la pièce a coté de la chambre est extrémement pratique pour y installer valises , vétements et autres affaires .

Merci d' avoir prévu un cabas a roulettes pour faire nos courses puisque nous venons en train a Nice. Il a été très apprécié par mon épouse .

Le plus de cette appartement est également le garage en sous -sol et le jardin terrasse ou nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir a y manger.

Je recommande avec beaucoup de sincérité ce logement et j'ai eu grand plaisir a rencontrer des propriétaires aussi charmant .

Superbe location !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location avec nos 2 filles de 3 et 5 ans. L'appartement est très spacieux, bien agencé, très lumineux et le rez de jardin est vraiment top pour y déjeuner et profiter du merveilleux ensoleillement niçois. Par ailleurs il se trouve à quelques minutes de la Promenade tout en étant dans un quartier calme. L'accueil de Françoise et Jean Marc est extrêmement chaleureux. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons certainement avec un grand plaisir.

Appartement bien situé, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, avec un extérieur très appréciable et agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, je conseille cette location sans restriction, nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir !
