Apartment very quiet, situated in a private road accessible residence, luxurious benefits, splendid panoramic view of the lake and mountains, large terrace of 55 m2 open on which all parts, small garden 40 m2. Outdoor parking.

The apartment is near the lake, the first non-paying beach is 5 minutes by bike, after 8 to 10 minutes for the first municipal beach lifeguard pay (or Saint-Jorioz Sevrier). At 800 meters from the apartment beautiful bike path along the west coast of the lake from the road, which provides access to the Annecy calm, continuing until Faverges in serving the various localities of the lake. The ideal way to get around the summer remains the bike, allowing children a real freedom of movement.

The apartment cannot accommodate smokers, no cats or dogs (our son is allergic)

I come from Annecy. I spent my entire childhood. My professional activities have led me elsewhere, but I wanted as soon as it was possible to acquire a foothold where we spend our holidays ourselves. We took plenty of time to choose the accommodation that suits us. We wanted enough near Annecy to access easily by bike, and on the west coast of the lake that offers wonderful bike path reassuring for children.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a large living room (40 m2) with kitchen and all the equipment and household appliances as possible (washer-dryer steam steaming function, dishwasher, American fridge, classic oven convection, microwave oven, espresso machine, food processor, pancake maker, raclette and fondue, hot stone, etc ...). Audio Visual Equipment: LCD TV HD and HDMI DIVX DVD player. The apartment has a high level of comfort. We let many games. High speed internet access and WIFI. On the terrace shaded by two big blinds you find your garden furniture and electric barbecue available. Duvets and pillows are provided, but no sheets or duvet covers or pillow shams or linen. Unless special request with additional cost. Heating dry towel every season.

Beautiful view and luxurious

Richard was super helpful and got keys to us etc very well.

The place is modern with a good view and top location.

Successful holiday for us, family of 5 with 3 teenage boys.

Bike storage could be better but with locks I felt they were safe, even if wet.

Superb in every way!

We returned for the second year to the same apartment, for good reason. It is in a superb location, central and yet very peaceful. The view is incredible and even in the rain, is spectacular. The apartment is light and spacious in feel, & with full height sliding doors keeps the air moving inside and you always have a grandstand view of the lake and mountains from the open plan living room.

On a hot morning the awning keeps you cool at breakfast and the table on the large terrace is perfect for all meals. In the kitchen the ice machine is addictive and everything worked well.

The underground dedicated bike storage room is a massive plus, easily taking 4 road bikes and a large bike rack. Anyone with precious bikes will be very comforted by this facility.

The boulangerie is a short walk away and is good quality, with very good filled baguettes for easy lunches as well as all the normal fare.

The supermarkets are a very short drive away, very convenient and quick for regular shopping. The bike track is very easily accessed with Annecy a short ride away - much better than the traffic queue by car. Heading to the mountains towards Col de Leschaux, by car or bike is equally convenient.

Great location in a fabulous area!

Well equipped apartment. Fantastic views from the large terrace of the mountains surrounding beautiful Lake Annecy. Sevrier is centrally located to explore this amazing area, loved it.

An amazing apartment with stunning views.

We couldn't have faulted the apartment during our stay and would definitely recommend it to anybody. It was clean, well laid out with a superb bathroom and a separate shower room and had every possible amenity you would need for a relaxed holiday. We couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet the area was and the views from the apartment and very substantial terrace where to die for. Having said that it was only a short walk to the nearest bus stop ( with a regular bus service into Annecy ), a short walk to the nearest supermarket and an even shorter walk to the boulangerie down the bottom of the road. The boulangerie was great and kept us well supplied with croissants for breakfast, filled baguettes for lunch, quiches and an amazing selection of delicious cakes. All the staff where very friendly and we had a big goodbye hug when we called in for the last time. A great bonus for us where the bikes supplied with the apartment which where handy for a trip into Annecy on the bike path and for a longer cycle ride around the lake which was mostly off road on the cycle path........43 Kms in all!

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and where very sad to leave and would love to return.

Surpassed expectations

Extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. The flat is very well equipped and the open plan layout perfectly suited to holiday life. The view of lake and mountains from the terrace is stunning, the location quiet and yet is close to all amenities. A very good boulangerie is in walking distance and supermarkets a short drive away. The lockable bike storage room is a huge asset. The flat is stylish, clean, everything worked and as a fourth-time visitor to Annecy area, this property was the best yet. We will be back!

And especially mountain hikes, given its strategic location between the center and the Bauges Aravis. Chamonix and 55 minutes by motorway.
