Apartment very quiet, situated in a private road accessible residence, luxurious benefits, splendid panoramic view of the lake and mountains, large terrace of 55 m2 open on which all parts, small garden 40 m2. Outdoor parking.
The apartment is near the lake, the first non-paying beach is 5 minutes by bike, after 8 to 10 minutes for the first municipal beach lifeguard pay (or Saint-Jorioz Sevrier). At 800 meters from the apartment beautiful bike path along the west coast of the lake from the road, which provides access to the Annecy calm, continuing until Faverges in serving the various localities of the lake. The ideal way to get around the summer remains the bike, allowing children a real freedom of movement.

I come from Annecy. I spent my entire childhood. My professional activities have led me elsewhere, but I wanted as soon as it was possible to acquire a foothold where we spend our holidays ourselves. We took plenty of time to choose the accommodation that suits us. We wanted enough near Annecy to access easily by bike, and on the west coast of the lake that offers wonderful bike path reassuring for children.

L' appartement est grand, modern, confortable et chaud en Hiver. La vue des montagnes et du lac est superbe! Notre vacance ici etait tres delassante et agreable.
We couldn't have faulted the apartment during our stay and would definitely recommend it to anybody. It was clean, well laid out with a superb bathroom and a separate shower room and had every possible amenity you would need for a relaxed holiday. We couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet the area was and the views from the apartment and very substantial terrace where to die for. Having said that it was only a short walk to the nearest bus stop ( with a regular bus service into Annecy ), a short walk to the nearest supermarket and an even shorter walk to the boulangerie down the bottom of the road. The boulangerie was great and kept us well supplied with croissants for breakfast, filled baguettes for lunch, quiches and an amazing selection of delicious cakes. All the staff where very friendly and we had a big goodbye hug when we called in for the last time. A great bonus for us where the bikes supplied with the apartment which where handy for a trip into Annecy on the bike path and for a longer cycle ride around the lake which was mostly off road on the cycle path........43 Kms in all!
We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and where very sad to leave and would love to return.
Extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. The flat is very well equipped and the open plan layout perfectly suited to holiday life. The view of lake and mountains from the terrace is stunning, the location quiet and yet is close to all amenities. A very good boulangerie is in walking distance and supermarkets a short drive away. The lockable bike storage room is a huge asset. The flat is stylish, clean, everything worked and as a fourth-time visitor to Annecy area, this property was the best yet. We will be back!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which is located in a quiet area and good location for visiting Lake Annecy, with beautiful views. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is very well equipped and spacious and is exactly as described in the details. The owners and property manager were very helpful and friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were very comfortable and had everything that is required including bikes; which we used to cycle around the lake in one day. The owners were very helpful and also spoke good English which helped. The apartment is spacious, clean, and light but never failed to be comfortable and relaxing. The view from the balcony is stunning. Top rate supermarket within walking distance and a local cafe and patisserie nearby was also useful. We would recommend this apartment.

Apart from the beach activities, Annecy is 5 Km Geneva 50 km. Family resort nearby (Le Semnoz 25 minutes by car, check still snow conditions before departure), for good skiers prefer the resorts of La Clusaz, La Giettaz or, in this case after 50 minutes drive.
And especially mountain hikes, given its strategic location between the center and the Bauges Aravis. Chamonix and 55 minutes by motorway.
