About the property

At the heart of the Tarn Gorges, and at the edge of the river, we rent our home, caussenarde fully preserved architecture, facing south-west: limestone walls, slate limestone resting directly on the vault.

Within the site "Causses and Cévennes" World Heritage of UNESCO, in peripheral zone of the Cevennes National Park, and protected natural area where no new construction can be authorized. A dozen owners share the houses of the hamlet.

A municipal electric dump that connects the road to the village, with a load capacity of 500 kg, allows residents to get their errands and equipment. It is the property of the town of Sainte Enimie. The distance of the bucket at home is 50 meters.

Others: 120 m2, covered terrace of 25 m2, terrace under a pergola of 5 m2, 15 m2 of outbuildings (laundry, pantry, storage room), a shed for storing wood.

Shaded garden of 310 m2 directly overlooking the beach of the river Tarn.

Flat land on the banks of the Tarn (meadow), approximately 2500 m2, 100 meters downstream from the house. Very pleasant to play ball, badminton, etc., with a small sandy beach.
