About José Caravias

I'm from Malaga and I live in France for over 10 years. This apartment allows us to keep in touch with my country while we enjoyed the quiet, the sun, the beach and the different sports that can be practiced nearby. It is the ideal place to unwind and recharge positive energy instead. It is for me an honor which can come and have the opportunity to learn and enjoy the great cultural, sporting and gastronomic offer of Malaga, Andalucia and Spain.

Small (80m²) two-story apartment building. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Apartment is in excellent condition. Two rooms are air-conditioned and have a direct and clear view of the sea. Protected parking area. Lots of sun. Including adaptable sun shades.

Tennis courts, golf course and sailing facilities close by. Restaurants, food shops and supermarket within walking distance.

A great place for a short vacation.

Unos vacaciones estupendas

Es un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. La playa en este sitio está muy bien y no hay mucha gente.

La casa está muy bien equipada y con la autovía cerca, se llega pronto a cualquier otro sitio de Málaga.

Muy bien ubicada.

Lo hemos pasado genial, volveremos

ideal location. We were I think the only tourist family there, the rest were all Spanish.

The location was very good. Every morning we sat on the balcony looking at the ocean while eating Breakfest. the beach was directly in front of us and during the week belonged to us almost completely alone. On the weekend the locals came and there was a little more going on. The large grocery store was just down the road and was easy to get to with the car. Restaurants were only a few meters away and directly on the Beach and others in the other direction about a 5 minute walk down the road. There were no tourists and it was a very quiet community. The water was a tad cold for me, but my daughter and her boyfriend went in a few times, but the pool was ideal. The pool is salt water as well and we always had a place in the shade for those who wanted it. The drive to Malaga was easy on the highway but also very scenic if you took the coastal road. The bus takes about 1/2 hour and only costs 1.60 euro from the apartment to downtown Malaga. The only downside about taking the bus is that the last one leaves Malaga at 21:15 (about). Within a 15 min driving in either direction are two malls if you're looking for shopping possibilities. We drove to Granada, Seville, and Gibraltar. All were day trips. Also Nerja, Torremollinos, Torre del Mar are easily reached if your looking for a little activity. We were greeted on our day of arrival by our renters Sister, (who however does not speak English). We had a little problem with the WIFI code and she could not help us but we finally figured it out. Also with the gas operation for hot water we had a problem and were told over the phone it worked when she was there so once again we had to figure it out. Which we did. The conversations with the owner were always very nice.

Para repetir

El apartamento es acogedor, sencillo y muy práctico, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para estar cómodo durante las vacaciones. La vistas espectaculares y escuchar el mar desde la casa todo un lujo. Recomendamos desayunos malagueños con vistas al mar desde la terraza. La piscina ha sido prácticamente para nosotros, pues no había casi nadie veraneando aún y la playa también muy tranquila en estas fechas. Es una zona con vegetación marítima protegida, muy interesante. Cerca de la casa hay de todo, pescadería con un magnífico pescado fresco, carnicería, supermercados, restaurantes, etc. y los lugareños muy amables y simpáticos. Los caseros estupendos y muy atentos. En definitiva, ya nos queda menos para la próxima porque esperamos poder repetir el próximo año :).

Situation exceptionnelle

Vue exceptionnelle de la mer en prenant l'apéro ou le café matinal.Coin de la Costa del sol très tranquille.Idéal pour les amateurs de marche puisque l'appartement est un peu excentré.Le propriétaire est une personne très attentionné qui le souci du bien-être de ses visiteurs et parlant français il nous a aidé dans plus d'une situation.Nous remercions beaucoup M. Caravias.2 bémols cependant,la qualité des matelas est à revoir(trop dur pour nos vieux os)et le wifi est nettement déficient.Pour tout le reste,que du positif.Nous recommandons.P.Talbot Québec Canada
