Our home is a lovely 2 bedrooms apartment in the 16th district of Paris, in the heart of Exelmans neighbourhood, near all amenities. Situated at the second floor of a secure, luxury building with elevator and air conditioning system.
80m2 with entrance, lounge and dining room, separate kitchen fully fitted, two large bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and one separate toilet room.
New, quality bedding. Perfect for 4 people (queen size bed in each bedroom). The bathroom has a bathtub (with handholds) and a sink, you can also take showers. It is also all equipped with fresh towels, a hairdryer, an electric tooth brush, heated towel rails, shampoo and shower gel.
Washing machine, dryer. Wi-Fi, wide screen television in the living room, big screen television in one bedroom, toaster, microwave, oven, and all the cooking and dining kitchenware.
The living room is very nice, perfect to relax after a day visiting Paris.
The Eiffel Tower is just 20min by walk along the Seine banks. Le Bois de Boulogne is 10 min away, perfect for a morning run or a romantic boat ride on the lake.
Our street is quiet, you'll find in the neighborhood delicious bakeries. There is a very popular market on the avenue, a real delight for your tastebuds!
This apartment is cosy and well-appointed, in a luxury building. Second floor, with elevator and air conditioning. In a safe area, just 20mn by walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our building is situated in a nice, safe and quiet area near the Seine banks, Eiffel Tower and Bois de Boulogne. We enjoy quality sleep with no noise, delicious bread and croissants for breakfast or brunch thanks to the very best bakeries, a popular sunday morning market, SPAs, restaurants, and well we're close to every attraction of Paris and Versailles!
Our family enjoyed the roomy two bedroom apartment for several days in early August. It is comfortable and has very nice amenities. It is on a bus route that takes you right into the heart of town in a 10 min ride or over to the Champs Elysees in 5 min and is close to the RER for Versailles as well. The Dubans are a very nice couple that support your stay with suggestions and maps and kindly meet you on arrival to explain things. It was such a pleasure to have this place for our visit.
Strongly recommend staying at this flat. The flat was clean, spacious, centrally located to the major metro lines, and positioned on a quiet street that resulted in restful sleep. Good hot water pressure for the shower, and reliable wi-fi. Jacques was extremely responsive (24 hours) to all my questions, and a great host. He was on-time for the key pick-up and drop-off. Would definitely stay here again.
This apartment was a perfect place for my vacation to Paris with my 2 daughters. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it is air conditioned, which is not available in many apartments in Paris. It is situated in a great neighborhood, which for those of you who know New York City, I would equate it with the Upper East Side. It has a residential feel, and is located very close to the Metro. There are fantastic restaurants and shops close by, and we especially enjoyed the farmer's market on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday for the best fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and anything else you can imagine. The people in this neighborhood are especially friendly and understanding, as our French was not very good. I highly recommend staying here!!

bel appartement bien situé, agréable, soigné. Avantage considerable le parking voiture. Sa situation, proche du metro et à coté d'arrêt de bus vous permet de vous diriger dans tout Paris sans prendre votre véhicule.
appartement confortable, très propre, bien meublé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .
De passage à Paris pour deux semaines, nous avons choisi cet appartement pour l'ensemble des comodités qu'il offrait.
Lors de notre séjour nous avons découvert un quartier Calme avec tous les commerces à proximité.
L’accès en voiture est tes pratique car prés des voies rapides sur berges, des boulevards extérieurs et du périphérique.
L'appartement possède tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin et plus. Le parking en sous-sol facile d’accès est pratique je dirais même plus indispensable.

Easy acces from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports by taxi or with Air-France shuttles. Tourist sites between 5 to 40 min (Notre-Dame de Paris, Le Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Orsay Museum, Quai Branly Museum, Le Grand Palais, Champs-Elysées avenue, Les Halles/Beaubourg (Georges Pompidou museum of contemporary Art...) in a safe area.
Rue de Passy is just two steps away to go shopping (all the big names are there Sephora - Maje - Sandro - Guerlain - The Kooples - Claudie Pierlot - Zara - Mango - Franck & Fils...), and of course Champs Elysees are 10 minutes away by bus or by metro to enjoy a movie, go shopping or to party at night!
