This condo is a short 20-min. drive to 6th St. and other downtown venues (13 mi.), only 5 minutes (3.9 mi.) to the Oasis on Lake Travis (The Sunset Capital of Texas!). If you don't want to drive, call a ride service. This large (2300 sq. ft), 3 BR, 3 1/2 bath condo is just 2 years old & has upgrades throughout. Two of the bedrooms are 'masters' with spacious private bathrooms. High speed Wi-Fi internet, flat screen TV's in both living areas & in 2 of the 3 bedrms (the TV in second living area can be moved into the 3rd BR). Nearby restaurants & groceries. Feel safe and tucked away in this gated community a short drive from downtown Austin.
Hi, I'm happy to welcome you to Austin and to my home. Austin is a wonderful city with so much to offer. We have lakes, and music and hills and friendly people. I have lived in Austin since 1977 and love it! I can't imagine living anywhere else. I have 2 daughters, twenty years apart and as of 3 years ago, I'm a widow. I am still working and have one daughter in college. I have some great neighbors in my condo community and hope you will enjoy your stay here.

This property has 2 master bedrooms and baths, in addition to another bedroom and 1 and 1/2 more bathrooms, 2 living areas, full-sized washer/dryer, lower patio and upper deck off second master. The kitchen is upgraded and includes anything you need for meal prep. This is my personal home so I take great care of it and can assure you this almost new condo is in excellent condition. There is a 50-inch HD TV in the main living area, flat screen TV's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and one in the additional living area. There is a FAR infrared sauna in the second living area which is available for your use. I will be available to meet you upon check-in and am happy to offer information on where to eat, what to see or anything you need help with while visiting Austin. Nearby world-class golf courses (River Place, Falconhead, UT Golf Club, Twin Creeks and Avery Ranch). Shopping is not far away: The Domain, Barton Creek Mall, Lakeline Mall, Hill Country Galleria. Within 1-2 hours of the hill country wine trails which make a great day trip. So many things to do and see in the beautiful Austin area and Hill Country.
The condo is in a gated community with a well kept outdoor pool. Outside, the condo is clean and well maintained. Inside, it's gorgeous. Everything you need and more is there. All furniture, appliances, and even cookware are top notch. The location is very conveniently located near a Target and an HEB in addition to local attractions. You really can't ask for more for a getaway home away from home and would be hard pressed to find a better hostess.
My family never had the opportunity to stay at the property because our trip was cancelled due to a blizzard in Denver. However, throughout the process, the owner was extremely understanding and empathetic to our situation. She gave us a very fair refund (although she didn't have to). She was an absolute pleasure communicating with prior to our planned trip. She answered all of our questions in a very timely and informative manner. In short, she was a pure joy to interact with. She receives my highest praise and recommendation!
We stayed in this condo for two weeks and it was a great experience. It is in a good location and is beautifully decorated. It is well maintained in a safe, gated community. The owner is an absolute pleasure to work with and we plan to stay here again in the future.
This is a gated community of condominiums (duplex style). Each unit has 2 off-street parking places in the driveway, with other parking within short walk. Located off FM2222, near FM620. Easy commute to Austin and nearby lakes.
