Casa Catarina - 1 bedroom apartment is on a small private complex in the resort centre. Private patio area with balcony from the bedroom, 5 mins walk to the safe sandy beach where windsurfing, pedaloes, scuba diving and snorkelling equipment and jet-skis can all be hired. Close to the golf course, 2 mins walk to shops, bars restaurants. The apartment consists of large open plan lounge with kitchen area, breakfast bar. Stairs lead up to a small utility area, the bathroom and the double bedroom which leads onto the balcony.

The apartment also benefits from having Wifi.

Bed linen and towels plus beach towels are supplied and changed weekly .

Had great holiday apartment was excellent close to everything , beach was great , went to Lanzarote for the day would recomend it . Loved to sit on balcony at night with glass of wine so relaxing after a busy day,will be back sept 07 Susan & Kenny sept 06.

Had the best time ever , Loved the apartment everything in walking distance , beach was fantastic with only a 5 min walk away , great base to tour the island bus service was excellent . Jan & Don Nov 06.

The apartment was lovely bright and spacious , had a great time would recomend the grand couch tour of fuerteventura was great day out , would not hesitate to book your apartment again some time in the future thank you Elizabeth & Andrew Feb 07

There is a small utility area at the top of the stairs where you will find the washing machine,iron and ironing board and also a hairdryer. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar area for 4 people to sit at. ,we can also arrange for a cot as well

Lovely relaxed holiday

Great location, but nicely sheltered from the business of being in the centre. Very clean apartment, perfectly as described. It's only a five minute walk to the beach. Only 2 minutes from a fantastic restaurant Fado Rock , it's a must, in our case on several occasions! This is an ideal property for a couple, you can sit on the patio and get the sun right up until about 4pm.

We did have a slight issue, as there was a car wash underneath that on occasions thought they were a disco. This has been passed to Cathie and will be sorted I have no doubt at all; I do not believe she was aware that they could be quite so loud.

Supermarket is literally two minutes walk away, or if you don't mind walk a huge one "Atlantica" fantastic prices. The main beach is five minutes walk. However if you walk a further 10 minutes there are several beautiful beaches, again near the Supermarket. Also try the pier there, brilliant food and has great cocktails and a really relaxed feel to it. Would certainly not have an issue returning.

Fantastic central apartment

Well kept and spotless, everything u need from utensills, crockery pots and pans, also a grill plate, small oven, toaster, hob and microve plus fridge freezer. Nice dining table and 4 chairs, comfy sofa and sliding doors onto furnished patio. Upstairs has washing machine, toilet and shower, bedroom with spacious wardrobe, comfy very clean bed, room has a great ceiling fan which was needed the week we stayed, sliding doors onto furnished balcony which sunny till later afternoon. Airport pick up is there if u want and dealing with cathie the owner was spot on as replied to questions promptly. We will book here again in a heartbeat as was so central to everything. Pictures dont do property justice, amazing gem of a place.

Nice apartment, but not peaceful

This is a lovely little apartment and has everything in the way of essential amenities. The location is central and the apartment has WIFI and satellite TV. What this apartment does not have is a quiet location. We know that Spain is generally a noisier place to be, as people live an outdoor life (we live in Spain) however the garage opposite was extremely noisey, with loud music, shouting and smashing occuring from the early hours of the morning right into the evening, and at weekends too. Even our Spanish neighbours were complaining. This spoiled our stay here unfortunately, and we had to complain to the companies involved (Avis and Hertz car rentals). We would not rent this apartment again because of this, which is a shame since the apartment itself is great. These problems are beyond the owners control, of course.

Cosy flat in a convenient location

Clean and comfortable property to stay for 2-4 people. Maching bedding and towels, comfortable beds. All kitchen tools and dishes as well.

However the property is not exactly where the map shows, but a couple of streets further looking from the beach. Wi-fi in the property costs £25 for a week(also you can connect with cafes and restaurants wi-fi for free) and it was noisy in the mornings during our stay because there is a rental cars garage under the property and the workers have been hoowering and cleaning cars from 7 am in the morning during our stay what used to wake me up.

Excellent Apartment home from home

My husband and I have just spent eight fantastic weeks in this apartment. It was home from home with everything you could possibly need, a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, toaster,. George Forrman grill perfect for a self catering holiday. There is also a washing machine,iron and ironing board. We had breakfast each morning on the upstairs veranda which is a sun trap and perfect for sunbathing. The apartment is situated right in the centre and is handy for the beach just a few minuites walk away. The manager Mick and the owner Cathie were most helpful and nothing was to much trouble any thing you wanted to know you just had to ask. I would definitely stay in this apartment again thank you Cathie and Mick for all your help Pauline and Bill

Best Apartment We've Stayed In Fuerteventura

We've just returned after a lovely stay here. The apartment has everything you could need and is very well kept. Mick and Dee who manage it are very nice too. Mick can collect and return you to the airport if you require transfers. The apartment is very close to shops and restaurants and about 5 minutes from the beach. Cathie the owner is very helpful too, so when we return to Fuerte we will definitely stay here if it's available.

Car: not necessary

The apartment is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport , car hire is not nessesary as the apartment is in the heart of the resort with shops , bars , restaurants and supermarkets all at hand. The beach is about a 5 min walk from the apartment where you will find lots of watersport activitys , round by the harbour you will be able to book any boat trips that may take your fancy.

The Atlantico shopping centre is about a 15 minute walk away with some nice shops , spar supermarket , cinema , bowling alley, amusements for the kids , also restaurants and bars.

Take a trip to the Las Rotondas shopping centre in Puerto Del Rosario which has 3 floors of shops a must for that designer bargain . Would recomend a trip to the oasis park zoo great day out for all ages , water park in Corralejo.

We are fortunate to have a really excellent golf course in Caleta De Fuste which hosted the spanish open in 2004 , which is only a 5 min car ride away .

Great base to stay to explore the island .
