Reasonably spacious, well equipped, comfortable.

We have been to Les Deux Alpes before, so really like the resort. It is of a good size, and plenty to choose from to do in the evening. However, I am not sure if it was exceptionally busy when we were there, but found we needed to book restaurants if wanted to eat at peak time.

The apartment is close to amenities, which relates to one of the downsides- there was quite a bit of road noise in the mornings in the main bedroom.- (OK overnight as road was quiet).

4 of us stayed in the apartment and this gave us plenty of room. Shower was amazing, and always plenty of hot water. Apartment nice and warm. Kitchen well equipped, and a small stock left from previous visitors ie salt, oil, coffee etc (and now Yorkshire Tea!!) useful.

We used the apartments link for ski rental to Chalvin Sports - we did not get the discount advertised- but our French not good enough to discuss with them. Also the arrangement with Chalvin Sports was we could leave our rented skis, boots and poles in the shop each night worked well as close to the apartment and close (100-150m) to ski lift.

The sad downside for us re the apartment was the deposit. We gave a 700 euro deposit which was to be returned after inspection of the property at our departure. We looked after the property, no breakages, we cleaned up after ourselves including vacuuming, but we still had 30 euros deducted because of a couple of toothpaste spots on the mirror( which when were pointed out were cleaned in one second) and a complaint that the mop bucket was dry so we had not mopped the clean floor. She would accept no offer to do these jobs and was clearly taking our money regardless. A sad end to our holiday- why not be just up front and take 30 euro cleaning charge??

Owner's Response: Nous apprécions les remarques positives au sujet de l'appartement qui est par ailleurs spacieux et bien équipé; par contre nous avons été obligés de faire le ménage car salle de bains sale(vitres, baignoire et vasque) toilettes sans commentaires, ni détails, le sol sale et nous avons fait constater aux locataires que le seau ainsi que la serpillière étaient totalement secs donc non utilisés, voilà ce qui explique le prélèvement de 30€ sur la caution qui sont largement justifiés pour faire effectuer le ménage afin que les locataires suivants trouvent les lieux propres.
