Villa located due south on the Corniche d'Or in Anthéor, near the village of Agay, between Cannes and Saint Tropez, with its garden and private jacuzzi.

The villa Santa Lucia, typical house completely renovated in 2016, offers for holidays with family or friends, a splendid sea view on the Calanque des Nissards as well as on Cap Roux, the Pic de l'Ours in the red rocks, domain forest which allows beautiful hikes or mountain biking.

Two terraces with garden furniture and plancha invite you to relax and the terraced garden ensures calm and serenity. The jacuzzi allows great relaxation with its 6 places, 70 water jets, 51 air jets and 121 therapy jets. Its waterfall with leds will take you to the land of dreams and cicadas.

The villa is fenced. Parking is easily done in front of the house.

Villa Santa Lucia guarantees you a successful holiday with a sandy beach a few meters (400 m) away or with magnificent coves, each one more beautiful than the other along the Corniche. Baumette beach 2 km away.

Boat shuttles from Agay or Saint Raphael provide trips to the islands of Lérins, Cannes and Saint Tropez.

DECEVANT

Situation en plein virage sur une route depart. Jacuzzi perché sur une plateforme apres une escalade d'env.20m de hauteur, pas accessible a tous. Paiement de la consommation électricité & eau au 1ER kw et 1er litre ce qui n'apparait pas avec votre annonce. Pas de jardin, seulement des courettes. Pas d'emplacement parking; vehicule sur la voie publique (trottoir). menage approximatif : sol & literie ok mais les poussieres et toiles d'araignée sont bien anciennes. Le prix est exagéré par rapport à la prestation. Les proprios tres sympas et nous ont meme bien dépanné gracieusement avec les serviettes que nous avions oubliées.

Superbe villa totalement équipée avec bien sûr le jacuzzi en tête d'affiche. La vue est magnifique et le quartier très reposant. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leurs explications. Vives recommandations pour cette location.
