Located on the beach and with stunning sea views. Surrounded by communal gardens and very fences shops, malls, restaurants. Only 5 miles from downtown Malaga. Very accessible from public transport. Beautifull Views to mediterranean sea and Chanquete beach, with all kinds of shops and restaurants very accesibes. Malaga center've got a 7-minute drive and a 25-minute public transport. Private parking is an optional service.

Good quiet location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oliver's spacious apartment. Any challenges and queries were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Oliver.

View from the balcony is good containing both a low and high table so you can view the shoreline activity whilst eating breakfast or sipping your sangria! Restaurants close to hand serve an array of Spanish food and it is interesting to see the number of ' boat barbecues' on which your choice of fish can be cooked.

A regular bus service gets you To Malaga centre in 15 to 20 minutes or you can walk in along the beach in about 1.5 hours.

We would return - thankyou Oliver.

Great family vacation in El Palo!

Our family of 4 had a great time in Oliver's apartment. It is spacious and well equipped. There is a large balcony with great view of the sea and lovely sunsets. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Just across the street from the beach (about a 2 minute walk) and the paseo maritimo. Many typical seafood restaurants within walking distance. Oliver was very accomodating and went out of his way to help us. There is a park nearby (about a 3 minute walk) with playgrounds for children and the bus stop is just past it. Very good bus service to Malaga. We also rented a car at the airport (Malaga Car) which was inexpensive. Friendly neighbours and locals. Quiet building. We really enjoyed our time here!

Sympa

Oliver et sa famille sont charmants et très accueillants et disponibles. La situation de l'appartement est un peu excentrée et la voiture était indispensable pour rejoindre le centre (enfant de 4 ans) en toute liberté. Belle vue sur la mer et équipement bien équipé pour un court séjour. Mon seul gros bémol c'est le bruit : la route est proche et passante (j'habite une grande ville pourtant !) Les fenêtres étaient fermées la nuit mais même la journée, nous évitions de les ouvrir.

Super séjour

Nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée et avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Olivier, le propriétaire . Il nous a gentiment montré le centre de Malaga et nous avons partagé un repas en sa compagnie. Quelqu'un de très agréable et disponible en cas de besoin.

L'appartement est très bien situé en face d'une belle plage de sable, il est grand et confortable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus pour aller au centre de Malaga. L'arrêt se trouve près de la maison et c'est une ligne régulière.

Bref, cet appartement est à recommander.

La plage se trouve à quelques pas de la maison et il y a un super-marché à environ 400 mètres.

Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Un vrai plaisir !

Arrivés vers la fin octobre, dans la nuit, nous avons été agréablement surpris par les températures très agréables pour l'époque. Ensuite nous avons dû prendre un taxi qui a mis approximativement 30 minutes pour arriver à l'appartement. Encore une fois nous avons été surpris de cette proximité !

Enfin dans l'appartement, Oliver nous a reçu très chaleureusement. L'appartement ne manque pas d'espace et est assez bien agencé. Tout le nécessaire était à disposition. Oliver nous avait même préparé des boissons et des petits gâteaux au vu de notre heure tardive d'arrivée (00h50). Le balcon donne sur la mer, à notre grande joie ! On pouvait respirer l'air marin tous les matin ! Superbement situé, la zone est plutôt tranquille et pleins de restaurants pour goûter les spécialités du coins. Il y aussi un petit supermarché et le bus pas très loin qui nous amène à Malaga. Oliver nous avait fourni une carte de transport, que nous avons utilisé les deux premiers jours.

Pour nous déplacer plus librement, nous avons décidé de louer une voiture, qu'il a fallut récupérer à l'aéroport. Nous n'avions pas pu le faire le jour de notre arrivée car trop tard. Oliver s'est proposé très gentiment pour nous y déposer. Ensuite tout est assez proche que ce soit Malaga, Marbella ou encore Nerja.

Ce fut un séjour vraiment agréable : l'appartement, le pays et sans oublié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire, Oliver. Je recommande très vivement !

MEJOR ALOJAMIENTO RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO.

Desde hace años, teníamos ganas de visitar la capital de la Costa Del Sol (Málaga) y este año nos decidimos.

Contactamos con varios propietarios y finalmente nos decidimos por este alojamiento por su ubicación, pues se encontraba en el centro de la capital (A unos 7 minutos del centro de Málaga).

Una vez pagada la señal de reserva, el propietario estuvo contactando con nosotros periódicamente para saber nuestras necesidades de cara a adaptar el piso y esto nos daba mucha confianza y seriedad.

Una vez llegado el día, lo primero que nos enseñó era los alrededores. La casa se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila llena de jardines, bastante bien cuidados. Además muy cerquita (Pues está junto al paseo marítimo) hay infinidad de restaurantes, con especialidad de arroces y "pescaito".

Ya dentro del piso, nos sorprendió las vistas que tenía desde la terraza (1ª línea de playa), se escuchaban hasta las olas del mar, y eso para alguien que no está acostumbrado a tener el mar de cerca es una sensación de libertad y paz indescriptible.

El salón es grandísimo, nos comentó que es así, porque en su día tiraron una habitación para ampliar el salón.

También nos sorprendió la limpieza del hogar, lo tenía todo conforme a lo que le habíamos comentado.

Otra de las cosas que nos sorprendió gratamente era el clima que hacía dentro de la casa. Al tener una orientación Este-Sur, no daba la sensación en ningún momento de calor. Siempre teníamos una temperatura muy agradable sin necesidad de echar mano de ventiladores ni aire acondicionado.

Por poner un pero, las puertas de las habitaciones y los muebles de la cocina, eran antiguas, pero para lo que la queríamos, no nos importaba.

Un 10 a la casa y ya se lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos. Seguramente volveremos.
