DISCOUNT FOR LONG STAY.Department in front of the sea with a large terrace in a residential style "Andalusian village”. Very quiet and peaceful. Unbeatable views. IMPORTANT FEATURES AIR CONDITIONING. Down the stairs through the garden leads to Burriana Beach, Nerja's best beach, located 50 meters from the house. Fully equipped for 4/6 people. Swimming pool and gardens with subtropical flora and a beautiful artificial lake with plants. Direct access to the beach, steps and road. Internet connection free. Large spacious kitchen complete with crockery and cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms with bath, one of them with bidet. Hairdryer. The spacious living room and bedroom have views to the ocean and access to the terrace, which has table, chairs and loungers. Another large bedroom, bright flushes courtyard. Large closets in both bedrooms. Flat screen TV. DVD player (supports USB, pen drive, and HDMI). Fans.

The complex has a bar-restaurant and a children and an adult pool open seasonally. Reception service and maintenance information. Day and night security. Hipermarkets at 800 meters offer delivery. Large variety of restaurants to 100 meters, on the beach. Located 800 meters from the center of Nerja and the “Balcon de Europa”. You can park on the street or in the covered parking of urbanization. No disabled facilities. Pets are not allowed.

Why Alicia Halperin chose Burriana Beach area

We were attracted to this area of the coast of Málaga by the beautiful and varied landscape: sea, mountains, sea cliffs, crystalline water and antique white Andalusian villages originally preserved. We used to go there with our small children, to the large Burriana Beach and also to very small beaches (“calas”) where they could move along by themselves. The wonderful climate, the warmth and friendliness of people, the various trips you can do in the area, from small towns to cities such as Málaga and Granada... all caught us in Nerja and in this house over the sea.

Bel appartement confortable proche de la mer

Résidence bien entretenue proche de la plage. Appartement agréable avec vue sur la mer, calme.

Accès à la plage par des escaliers mais dans un cadre de verdure, c'est très beau, et ca se fait facilement.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à Nerja. Alicia est une personne très facilement accessible, qui répond rapidement aux messages et est très généreuse dans ses explications. L'appartement est parfait: lits très confortables, grandes pièces lumineuses et grande cuisine ( ce qui est rare). Très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Et, surtout, la vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse jamais! Pour les gens qui ont plus de difficultés à se déplacer, il faut savoir toutefois qu'il y 150 marches à monter au retour de la plage mais le chemin est magnifique. On peut aller à pied en ville mais il y aussi plusieurs restos juste en bas, sur la plage. Pour le parking, il n'y a pas de garage, il faut donc stationner sur la rue mais, en octobre, nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes. Site idéal pour visiter la région ( Frigiliana, les grottes, Malaga etc. etc.) Bref, nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation!

Estupendas vistas

El apartamente muy amplio, con las mejores vistas de la playa de burriana. Tenía todo lo necesario y mucho más. Aire Acondicinado. La urbanización tiene acceso directo a la playa a través de una bajada de escaleras, además está toda llena de zonas verdes y cascadas, un lujo. A unos 200m de la salida de la urbanización a la playa, tienes el famoso Chiringuito de AYO (Verano Azul) con el que nos hicimos fotos y nos trató de lujo, además de disfrutar se sus famosas paellas, pagas un plato y repites todas las veces que quieras. Las playas estupendas, las disfrutamos a primera hora de la mañana. No son las playas masificadas de málaga por ejemplo, aquí hay gente, pero siempre hay muchos huecos donde ponerse.

Nice apartment close to the beach

A family of three, we stayed in this apartment for two weeks during July 2015. It is beautifully situated, almost like in a botanical garden with a great view of the sea. I was worried that the pond in the middle would pose a mosquito-problem, but we didn't encounter a single mosquito! Due to the layout of the building, the apartment felt very private. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and went swimming and snorkling every day. Several evenings we walked along the beach in to the center of Nerja.

The place was clean, well equipped and perfect for families, and Alicia was very helpful. We experienced a heat wave during our stay, and upon arrival the fans did't work properly. She made sure this got fixed immediately.

Nerja is a great location for exploring the region, and we made day trips to The Alhambra of Granada, Frigilliana, the flamingo lake in Fuente de Piedra, Malaga and the Picasso Museum, and we enjoyed the caves of Nerja (our son's favorite).

A perfect week in Nerja

Nerja is a good place to stay in winter time. Most of the restaurants and tapa bars are open and the city is not overloaded with tourists. Alicias flat is perfectly located, as the terrasse is directed to the noon and afternoon sun. Furthermore it gives some wind protection. The appartment itself was clean, and everything was in good order. Big functional kitchen with dishwasher and two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are nicely decorated with pictures and warm lights.

BURRIANA. La playa más grande y hermosa de Nerja.

Málaga Airport at 50 kms. Motorway Málaga-Nerja. Car Rental. Bus line with good frequency Málaga-Nerja. The house is located in Nerja at 800 meters from the center of the city. You can arrive by car or taxi in 10 minutes or in 20 minutes walking. Complex Capistrano Playa is located on the southeast corner of Nerja, just in front of the sea. Access is via the parallel street to the hotel Los Arcos (Calle Chimenea) until the end of the street. The bar-restaurant complex, " El Ancladero " is a good reference point to access the house.

The restaurant and bar in the urbanization are open seasonally, and there is a small minimarket. On the beach, at 100 meters, there are all kind of restaurants open all year. Excellent facilities with traditional Andalusian food and great “beach bar“ with renowned and super-cheap paella (Restaurant Ayo). Also international, Italian, Belgian, English and Asian cuisine. In the center of town there is a varied cuisine: German, French, Spanish, Indian cuisine and even a creative restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide (Sollum). Various cocktail bars and flamenco shows.

Nearby: the majestic caves of Nerja, which you can visit during the whole year. The beautiful and well-preserved Arab village of Frigiliana. At 50 km the city of Málaga, with its beaches, harbor, Picasso museum.Golf Velez-Málaga: 20 km. Within an hour by highway reaches its monumental Granada Alhambra.At an hour and a half by car, you arrive to ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Nudist beach: 12 km. Mall and entertainment, cinemas, shops, “El Ingenio": 15 Km.
