Lovely villa with great views very comfortable and owner very helpful.

The villa was great, the trouble in the booking process not so great. The original villa we booked we paid for with PayPal but the deposit was returned saying the owner did not have a PayPal account which meant we lost money on the exchange rate. We then paid the deposit again to a French company called Arbritel but they booked us a different villa, we were given the address to go to which was 97 Calle Nivaria, I was so pleased because at Christmas I fell down the stairs and broke my ankle so I am still walking with a stick and still in pain and there was a car parking space right outside, only to ring the bell and find out the villa was occupied by another party. I had to ring the owner in France on my mobile and she said no it was the original villa, the gardener came to meet us and to my horror we had to leave the car in a car park and walk down steps and five alley ways to get there.we had a lovely time but I vowed I would never book through Homeaway again.

Super villa pour vacances en famille ou entre amis dans une île à découvrir sans faute.

A Callao Salvaje, petite station balnéaire bien équipée en commerces et située à quelques kms de la 4 voies desservant l'Ile. Maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle dans une impasse piétonnière, donc très au calme. Une vue superbe sur l'océan, la Gomera et le coucher du soleil et deux terrasses bien aménagées ! Une piscine bien entretenue et chauffée. Et surtout l'accueil très sympathique d'Hélène qui vous conseille bien volontiers et qui a toujours à cœur de vous voir passer de très bonnes vacances. Bref, un endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé en excellent séjour en famille. Villa spacieuse et bien située dans un environnement agréable.

Accueil très chaleureux par Hélène la gestionnaire qui sait être présente, si besoin est, dans la bonne humeur et l'efficacité.

Nous étudions la possibilité d'y revenir.

Bella casa ma...

Villa molto bella e spaziosa ma di notte è piena di scarafaggi che escono dappertutto e li trovi nei bagni, sotto i letti tra le tende.

La casa è piena di trappole chimiche per scarafaggi ma non funzionano e oltretutto ritengo siano un pericolo per bambini piccoli. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte e poi siamo andati via. Il proprietario ci ha rimborsato quasi tutto, da questo punto di vista è stato corretto. Credo che la casa abbia bisogno di una disinfestazione fatta in maniera radicale. Cordiali saluti.

Owner's Response: Cette villa est régulièrement louée et les conditions d'accueil sont les mêmes pour tous les locataires. Certains ont la phobie des cafards (ou cacurachas en Espagne), aussi est-il préférable qu'ils choisissent leurs destinations en fonction des désagréments possibles. Il y en a à Tenerife et même les traitements industriels ne sont pas efficaces à 100 % (avec des doses d'insecticides très élevées qui peuvent aussi être nocives pour l'humain et les animaux domestiques). Conscients des désagréments qu'ils sont susceptibles de générer, nous faisons cependant le maximum pour éradiquer ces visiteurs indésirables. Je suis navré de la réaction de ce locataire (ces insectes ne s'attaquent pas à l'homme). Il a été remboursé (bien que mes contrats stipulent qu'en cas de séjour écourté la location totale est due), aussi est-il sévère avec un 2/5. Fort heureusement ce genre de situation représente un pourcentage infime.

From the airport take the autopista del on TF-1, switch Playa de Las Americas, Adeje and exit after the indication of the end of the motorway. At the roundabout, go on your left towards Armeñine, continue dirction of San Jose, at the second roundabout turn left in front of the hotel Callao and down to the village center. Approximately 1.5 kms, on the right a large concrete porch on which is indicated Sueño Azul, pass underneath and go straight to an intersection at a right angle, you have arrived. Go to the level of n100 calle nivaria or the managers will be waiting.

Restaurants: CASA MARIA, SURPRISE SURPRISE (do not forget to reserve)

Black Sand Beach recently converted, in a cove, which is a paradise for young and old.

Ideally located on the south coast of sunny Tenerife, all year, this place of the island enjoys a micro climate and is protected from the wind.

The cliffs of Los Gigantes, camel rides, jet skis, kite surfing, whale watching, boat rides and mountain in the Teide National Park (the largest volcano in Spain)

5 golf courses including the prestigious of Abama Hotel Resort, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz, the attractions of parks (botanical and zoological garden Loro Park, Aqualand and Siam Park which is the largest water park in Europe)

If there is something unavoidable in Tenerife, this is the Carnival! It is considered one of the most popular carnivals and the largest in Europe,

Route Canarian wines, discovering the local cuisine.

Nature reserves: Hiking Masca Barranco, Caldera del Rey, La Caleta (rare bird nesting site).

Parks nearby (las Aguilas, Siam Park acqua within 10 km, 'zoo' butterflies in Icod - amazing. Historic Centre of the Laguna (Unesco heritage). In Santa Cruz museums, Playa de las Teresitas (white sand), Convention Centre Calatrava ... typical Canarian restaurants in the mountains (Adeje, Guia de Isora, Ifonche ...) or fish (la Caleta, Los Cristianos los Abrigos). Crossing to the island of La Gomera (dolphins, whales, turtles)
