Cosy and convenient

The apartment had a nice homely feel, equipped with most of the things you could need and comfortable. It was very hot when we went and unfortunately since the apartment had no air conditioning just fans it can get uncomfortable if you're not used to it. However Carolina was very nice, she gave us mosquitoes repellents in each room so that we could leave windows open and there was a total of 3 fans, although she did try to find more for us which was very nice of her. And you get used to the heat eventually. Everything else was lovely, bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities were all great. Clean towels and toiletries like you get in a hotel! The only thing that could be improved is the beds hence the 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for an affordable, convenient place (can walk or take bus into historic centre) to stay in Florence. It's also fantastic if you have a car as Carolina arranged wonderful parking for us and was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Carolina!

Loved staying here. Close to T2 line. Great neighborhood. Restaurants down the street were amazing. Safe walking at night. Carolina was wonderful. Explained everything.

Great Stay!

We loved staying at Carolina’s apartment. She was very accommodating which we really appreciated and the apartment had lots of amenities including a washing machine! The location is right by the metro and is close to many cafes and grocery stores. We felt like we hit the jackpot when we found this place

Fantastic accommodation and experience

Carolina is an excellent host- very good with communication and very thorough showing us how everything worked. The apartment was very clean and spacious and has a lovely balcony. The location was great for us- a fairly quiet area about 20 minutes walk into the main town and a supermarket around the corner. Thank you Carolina for a wonderful stay!

L'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione del tram che in 10 minuti porta al centro città. La proprietaria è una persona eccezionale e simpatica, mi ha anche fatto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.
