The apartment is situated within the exclusive urbanisation Belgravia. This is a unique development of mainly town houses and a few apartments set in the grounds of a colonial style villa, previously the residence of the Ambassador of Morocco. The south facing balcony overlooks the beautifully kept gardens with partial sea views. The pool provide a relaxing atmosphere, with loungers and barbecue area. The bright and spacious lounge and dining area has two sets of french doors opening out on to the large private balcony. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. There is secure parking within the grounds of the urbanisation. The apartment is just a stones throw from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. There is direct access to El Cristo Beach from the urbanisation. Also within a 2 minute walk are 2 supermarkets, Supersol and OpenCor.

The apartment benefits from its own wifi plus there is communal wifi situated around the pool area.

Places to go /activities: The apartment is an ideal location for playing golf with the following courses in the vicinity - Estepona, Valderrama, La Duquesa, Sotogrande. The Selwo Adventure Park is a great family day out and only a 10 minute drive away, with Selwo Marina 50 minutes away at Benalmadena. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping!!! The sophisticated resorts of Puerto Banus & Marbella are only a 15 minute drive away, with beautiful harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching! Ronda is an hours drive away, with an abundance of history and spectacular views - well worth a visit.

Casares is a picture postcard village which is well worth a visit. It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive there along a mountain road. As you turn a bend you have a spectacular view to your left of the village of Casares, simply breathtaking. There is a restaurant here, La Terraza where you can park your car and walk down into the village.

Places to go: Istán is approximately 45 minutes away. The village is beneath the Sierra Blanca at the head of the valley of the rio Verde. Istán's streets are extremely narrow. The only sensible way to experience it is on foot. There is a free public car park as you enter into Istán

As you walk through the village you constantly hear the sound of water running from its drinking fountains. Istán stands close to the huge reservoir created by the Presa de la Concepción dam, which was built in 1972. The water feeding Istán's fountains, however, is pure, and of the unprocessed mountain variety which was much prized long before the coming of the dam.

There is a small hilly rise to the west of the village set in a park where you have good views of the village and spectacular views of the Sierra Blanca and lake.

Further afield: Alhambra in Granada, is definitely worth a visit, if you have the time. It will take you a little over 2 hours to get there by car. It can be done in a day, however I would recommend you leave Estepona early morning. You need to leave yourselves at least 3 hours to walk around Alhambra. Please note you have to purchase tickets to enter, prior to going (via the internet) do not just turn up on the day. When we went we arranged to stay overnight in a hotel close to Alhambra and went into Alhambra early the following day.

Beautiful

My wife, 2 children and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for one week but wished it had been a fortnight!

The apartment is fantastic and absolutely spotless. Like new if I'm honest! The description and pictures are as you see them. We couldn't fault it!

I spoke with the owner, Carl prior to our trip and he was really helpful pointing out the best places to go and beaches to visit. We ate out most nights and all of the restaurants we visited were great and reasonably priced too.

I would definitely recommend this property/resort and we will be booking again to revisit soon.

Extremely comfortable for a family of 4

We have just got back from a week at this beautiful comfortable well equipped apartment. Everything you could ask for clean and up to date. Excellent quick wi fi for my 11 year old. Excellent location on the beach minutes walk from the lovely Estepona harbour. Swimming pool lovely and clean. Highly recommend Limonera restaurant in the harbour 1 row back from the front excellent food and Petit Paris minutes walk from the apartment also excellent food

Wonderful apartment and great location

I thought the apartment was absolutely excellent, clean and tidy and extremely comfortable and well equipped. Even the fridge and some of the cupboards in the kitchen were filled with groceries, left by former guests! We felt very welcome and had a wonderful week, with a nice pool on the premises and the beach just a doorstep away. It had the supermarket and the harbour nearby with nice restaurants.

The only mishap was the weak Wifi signal in the apartment, and Wifi is a must nowadays for my teenagers...(though I think it can be solved easily).

But anyway, we thought it was a great place to be and would love going back again.

PS I don’t know if this is the place to mention this, but we had a terrible experience at Malaga airport collecting our rental car from Goldcar; a waiting line of more than 3 hours is very common in the high season...

Fantastic Holiday

Having just returned from a weeks holiday at this apartment and have to say it's one of the best I have stayed in.

The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a real feeling of class. The apartment is set in a smart complex with a fantastic pool and garden. The photographs do not do it justice.

The apartment is in a fantastic location from which to explore the surrounding area. Estepona retains its Spanish charm with small plazas, a lovely promenade and fantastic beaches (we loved Playa del Cristo).

The nearby marina is a beautiful place to sit and watch the world go by.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for holiday.

beautiful

We have been to Belgtavia for 10 years but never to this apartment. What can you say apart from brilliant. The rooms are large, bright & clean. The beds so comfy & the bathrooms lovely. The balcanies are great as I love the sun (back balcony) and my partner likes the shade (front balcony). The kitchen is well equipped & as I love to cook we had some wonderful evening meals outside in the peace and quiet. The restaurants are very good and we would recommend Monte Carlo which is just past Carrefour. Carl is a perfect "landlord" and nothing is too much trouble. We have already booked again for next year & are counting down the weeks!

Fantastic stay

We found the owner easy to deal with and the description of the apartment and all to be very accurate. The apartment was very clean and smart.The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need for a holiday stay,the bedrooms are both pleasant and the beds comfortable.The shower rooms,the lounge,the two balconies and the Belgravia complex were all very pleasing. All in all the stay was a huge success and we we would give this apartment and the complex a 10 out of 10. Will not hesitate to choose this apartment when holidaying in Estapona again. Must add that Estapona harbour area in our opinion is the best place to stay in Estapona. Gary Noon Warwickshire

The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 12 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas. In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. El Cristo Beach is only 400metres from the apartment, with direct access from the urbanisation. La Rada Beach is a 5 minute stroll away and is more than 1km long. Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season. Estepona Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away by car and offers excellent facilities and reasonable green fees.

The apartment will be available from 15:00-22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00.

Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking. A mid rental clean can be arranged and this is payable locally at 12€ per hour.Discounts for long term bookings outside summer months

A deposit of 100GBP per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Once the balance has been paid this is non refundable.

A security/key deposit of 200 euro or 140GBP is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and has marble floors throughout, with the lounge and second bedroom benefiting from air-conditioning. The master bedroom is ensuite and within the bathroom is a hand wash basin, toilet and large walk in shower. The second bathroom has a hand wash basin, toilet and large walk in shower. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). Electricity is included within the price quoted. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, a z bed is available at no extra charge. The development is fully secure with off road parking. Within the beautifully kept gardens is the communal swimming pool with loungers for the use of guests and a BBQ area which can be booked out for your private use. Wifi installed in the apartment from April 2015, plus there is communal wifi around the pool area. In the interests of all guests smoking is not permitted within the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
