Wonderful view. Warm welcome. Quiet and comfortable.

Ludovic gives a warm welcome, and lots of local information. The studio is clean, simply furnished, and well equipped. Comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Perfect for two. The view is amazing. It was a joy to have breakfast on the terrace , taking in the senery. ( In the evening we enjoyed listening to the frog chorus and watching the fire flies in the garden.)

A great place to relax, away from everything. Easy downhill to walk into Monaco, though some effort required to return up the steep hill!

Regular local buses and public lifts help.

The road to the house is very steep, but quiet. . Great to have secure parking.

Thank you, we hope to return before too long.

Appartement Cactus - Le Mas d'Angeline

Super appartement en parfait état, idéal pour 2 adultes. Très sympathique avec magnifique vue sur la mer et les feux d'artifice. A 15 minutes à pieds du Port Hercule....on a tout fait à pieds, cela a évité tous les tracas de la circulation parfois très dense et de la recherche des places de parking. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques donnent d'excellents conseils ! (la petite plage au pied du rocher, extra !). En plus, pour ceux qui veulent bouger, Nice et l'Italie sont toutes proches.

location très agréable avec vue superbe sur le port

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Mr et Mme Christman, très serviable.

Le confort du studio. Literie parfaite important surtout à notre age(70 ans).

le chemin pour s'y rendre est un peu difficile à appréhender au début, mais on s'y habitue.

SEJOUR INOUBLIABLE

Sommes venus au moment du grand prix de Monaco en mai dernier (du 20 au 27 mai 2015) et avons été enchantés par l'accueil qui nous a été réservé par Cathy et Ludovic. Très bonne adresse à retenir tant pour la vue que pour la qualité de la location. A refaire.

Petit coin de Paradis....

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en juillet dans le gîte " Le Cactus".

Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'accueil de nos hôtes est très chaleureux, la proximité avec leur habitation n'est en rien gênante, au contraire: ils sont aussi discrets que bienveillants.

Le gîte est pratique et cosy.

Sa terrasse de 25 m2 offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Monaco 

Inutile de s'embarrasser du linge de maison: le lit ,à notre arrivée ,était fait et les serviettes à disposition.

La proximité du GR51, nous a permis d'admirer un point de vue imprenable sur toute la côte monégasque ( La Turbie:1 heure de marche)

En empruntant un petit chemin en 1/2 heure à pied, on se retrouve à Monaco avec toutes les possibilités de visites que la ville offre : musée océanographique, palais, le port et ses bateaux de luxe etc...

A 20 minutes en voiture se trouve la ville de Menton; agréable ensemble de façades aux couleurs du sud.

Pour la farniente, la plage est présente à Monaco, à Cap d'Ail , à St Jean Cap Ferrât et à Menton.

La route qui amène au gîte est très abrupte. Le premier jour, nous n'étions pas très à l'aise. Pas de soucis dès le deuxième jour, nous avions pris nos marques .L'aire de stationnement privé est un + dans une ville où le parking est difficile.

Un grand merci aux proprietaires pour cet agréable séjour: "le cactus " est un bijou!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, französisch durchdacht und praktisch eingerichtet, sauber, es ist alles vorhanden,was man für schöne Urlaubstage benötigt. Das Bett ist gut. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster und von der Terrasse auf den Port Hercule und die umliegende Küste umwerfend. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten am Port Hercule. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie geben super Tipps bezüglich Ausflügen, Einkaufen, z.B. Olivenoel und Markt (unbedingt ausprobieren). Und als wir etwas vergessen hatten, war es kein Thema: wir bekamen es per Post geschickt.

Danke, wir kommen wieder in 2014!
