I grew up in Canada but live in the South now. Growing up we traveled to Florida and I fell in love with it. Now I live in Mississippi, about 3 hours away. I got to know Destin right after Hurricane Katrina. We got hit and moved over to Destin for several months and it became our second home.
The Destin area is great, with the beach, golf, restaurants fishing, boating, and just pure fun. So, I make the trip over every chance I get.
I decided to buy the condo when it became available so I had a permanent connection with Destin and Miramar Beach.
I find there are people from all over who visit Destin and who stay at Seascape and notice quite a few from my hometown, Toronto, Ontario.
I hope you enjoy it as I have.

Ariel Dunes is a really nice property because it is close to the action. Right across from the beach, golf course next door, and restaurant/cafe/bar on property (Cabana Cafe). So, lots to do right here.
The property is really well maintained and impresses. The condo itself is great. Spacious and laid out really well for vacations.
The 'Bunkie' is a really nice feature of this condo. Besides the 2 bedrooms, there is also the bunkie providing the kids their own space.
The 4 Smart TVs were just added and have Netflix included, so indoors entertainment is right there. The kids have their own t.v., so everybody is taken care of.
The 3 pools are great and one is heated year round. The gym is also a nice feature right in the building.
Note that I will accept rentals by US checks 14 days prior to the rental or paypal payments. You also may book through vrbo; however, VRBO will charge a new (Feb 2016) service fee of 4-10% of the total cost of the rental.
Beautiful place, nice and quiet. No problems here, just the ice maker didn't work. Everything else was perfect!
We loved this condo. It is well updated and had plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen, a must for any condo for our family! Bruce was great to work with, easy to contact about the minor issues that did present themselves. The pools were quiet and mostly empty. The beach is a bit of a trek from the offset building, but our 5 year old enjoyed "walking the plank" (the boardwalk) across to the beach. There is also a convenient PRIVATE parking area across from the beach access for when we were short on time or feeling lazy.
I have already recommended this listing to multiple friends and we are planning our second visit for September. 5 stars!!
This was probably the cleanest freshest place I've ever stayed on vacation. The condo is very nicely decorated and homey; it's also very spacious. Only complaints, which are out of Bo's control I'm sure, water pressure is low and you can't go to Ariel Dunes 2 pool with the mushroom fountain and attached bar. We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed beach, pool, shopping, bikes and the Tues farmers market next door. Loved it and hope to be back!
This is our 2nd year in a row coming to this beautiful condo. The view is gorgeous, the pools are so clean, everyone we come into contact with is super friendly. This unit has everything you would need to cook your own meals while on your vacation. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The owner is always reachable if you ever need anything or had additional questions. So many families stay at the resort so our toddler had plenty of friends to meet and play with in the pools and on the private beach. We will be back again and again. Highly recommend staying here.
I have stayed at different condos in Ariel Dunes I and II over the last several years. This condo is one of the cleanest condos I have stayed in and everything about the condo was perfect for my family. Even better, Bo was excellent to deal with. This was the first time that a condo owner contacted me before the regular check-in time to let me know the condo was ready early in case I was in Destin and waiting to check-in. This will be the first condo I look for when I'm ready to return to Destin.
We had a fantastic Spring Break 2016. The condo was absolutely perfect for two families to share. The condo was clean and stocked with all of our needs from pots & pans to coffee pot( and Keurig) to extra pillows.
Bo(the Condo owner) was very helpful and responsive to all of our emails leading up to and even during our trip.
We will definitely book again for this location.
This condo is in the center of activity and right at the beach and golf course. You can go any direction and easily find great restaurants, bars, shopping and more!
Nice view and lots to do. Legendary Marina is nearby and has boat rentals. The beach right in front is gorgeous and lots to room for your family. Golf courses from Seascape to several courses in nearby Sandestin and Regatta Bay is close by too. There is even a little Executive Course, where Sandy will take care of you and is great with the little ones too. She fed the squirrels with our son every time we stopped in.
Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin offers a nice village type feel and has music by the pier.
Crab Island has gorgeous water and always has a congregation of boats hanging out and often has a band out in the water.
Restaurants are everywhere Tuscany is a favorite on Hwy 98 nearby and besides great Italian food, also has an easy listening band. Cuvee Bistro along the same strip is popular. Just across the street from Destin Commons is Bonefish Grill which many enjoy. A favorite of ours is Cantina Laredo which is east of Destin on Hwy 98.
The Cabana Cafe is on property in Ariel Dunes I and Whales Tail is just across the street on Scenic Hwy 98.

The base rate shown at the top reflects the lowest nightly rate (winter)
50% of the base rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival.
