Why Owner chose Venice-Murano-Burano
This apartment is situated in Giudecca Island, it's one of the few place in Venice in which venetians still live today, in a context very quiet in the haeart of Giudecca Canal, face to San Marco, with one of the best landscape of Venice. The flat was in origin a mill, that's why its name today, which was the commercial and pruductive centre of the town.

Immaculately clean, well-equipped and so quiet. Very responsive owner, great check-in process, great location. Wake up every morning to beautiful views and catch the sunset every night.
Great location, safe, clean and quiet.
Check in, position, apartment was perfect.
Such a perfect spot with great views 👍
We absolutely loved this apartment, the location was perfect, quiet, great views and just a short trip away from Zattere. We will be coming back next year!
Lovely Venetian Apartment
This is a gorgeous, immaculate, modern apartment that was perfect for our stay in Venice. It has a large living area with a kitchen. The kitchen seemed fully equipped, but we did not use it so I cannot say for certainty. The bathroom and bedroom are also spacious and very clean. We used the clothes washer in the apartment and it worked well. They don't have a dryer (neither did any other place we stayed in Italy) so be prepared to allow your clothes time to dry.
The views are of the large canal and waterway nearby - it was fun to see all the boats go by each day.
This apartment is located near the Hilton Hotel and is on the edge of a modern residential area - it is not in the old part of Venice. The nearest water taxi stops (they will guide you to a particular one, but we found that there is another one the other direction as well - through the residential area) are a pleasant 10-minute walk away. From there it is about a 20 minute ride to San Marco.
This was our first trip to Italy (and Europe in general) and we found this apartment to be very pleasant. We did find it interesting that it did not have a shower. It has a shower head with a flexible hose that you can use to rinse off etc, but no curtain or anything so what we would consider a typical shower wasn't possible.
Miss Daniela showed us the apartment - she was very pleasant and accommodating and although her English is good, it was difficult to have a complex conversation with her. She was very responsive on WhatsApp (I suggest downloading this app for communicating with landlords abroad since regular SMS texting may not work) and helped us quickly when we had a minor issue with the tub.
