Necesitábamos un apartamento para nuestra estancia en Palma. Esta casa nos permitió disfrutar de la ciudad, desplazarnos a pie, y regalarnos con soleados desayunos en sus estupendas terrazas.
Sin duda un apartamento espacioso , tranquilo y bien decorado.
It was a real pleasure to stay in this large and spotlesly clean appartment. It‘s beautifully decorated; the photos on the website are accurate but don't do the apartment justice once you walk inside. The owner has a real knack for decorating and pays so much attention to detail. Apart from being a picture-perfect haven, the apartment was also comfortable cozy, safe and very practical.
The terrace is a definite asset and we enjoyed time spent there at all hours of the day. Maybe has not the best views in town, but they are clear and unobstructed.
The flat has everything that you need in order to have a comfortable stay and it is very well situated in the center of Palma‘s old town and not far away from the airport and the city center.
The neighborhood has more of a local feel than a touristy feel. It is quiet, neither traffic nor noisy neighbors nor noisy bars. A a supermarket is only one block away from the apartment.
We are a couple who used to live in Palma, now we travel several times a year to Palma and we have stayed in many different short-term rental apartments throughout the island but no place has ever come anywhere close to the loveliness, cleanliness, safety or convenience of this apartment. Unlike most other holiday rental apartments in Palma, there are no hidden costs for energy usage, taxes, provision of sheets/towels, etc.
All of us would recommend this flat to friends and familiy members.
At the heart of the city, with all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, Corte Ingles 250 meters, although it is very quiet.
