Vacanza a Courmayeur

Appartamento situato appena fuori dal centro di Courmayeur, posizione tranquilla, terrazzo fantastico, posto auto ottimo specialmente ad agosto, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Sarebbe stato perfetto...

Si, l'appartamento sarebbe stato perfetto per noi 3 e per i nostri 2 cani (che hanno apprezzato tantissimo il terrazzo!). L'appartamento è gradevole, la vista altrettanto, la comodità di raggiungere il centro paese in pochissimi minuti, la posizione in una frazione comodissima per tutto (anche gli impianti da sci) ne avrebbero fatto il soggiorno ideale per un fine settimana lungo. Purtroppo, però, la gestione incrociata tra il proprietario e la persona che accoglie l'affittuario è proprio da rivedere! Non è concepibile arrivare e trovare il parcheggio pieno di neve (unico posto sgombro non chiaramente individuabile come posto assegnato), e non avere acqua calda a disposizione. Abbiamo perso una mattina per capire a chi segnalare la cosa , tra telefonate varie - alcune senza risposta . Ci è stato detto che tutto era funzionante fino a qualche giorno prima, il tecnico intervenuto invece assicura che nessuno ha tentato di aprire il rubinetto centrale dell'acqua calda completamente BLOCCATO. Morale, la giornata meravigliosa di sole che avremmo dovuto dedicare allo sci, si è trasformata in un paio d'ore d'aria (dovendo rientrare per l'arrivo del tecnico). Peccato, si arriva stanchi e la prima impressione rischia di "stortare" il resto della vacanza. Prima dell'arrivo di un cliente, consiglio al Proprietario di accertarsi che TUTTO sia a posto
