Beautiful old (1700) stone house has been carefully renovated in 2012 in order to preserve the priceless spirit of the age-old stories and at the same time to provide guests with everything you need in line with modern standards of comfort and hospitality. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. You will have 3 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathroom, 2 toilets, large terrace outside the bedrooms, a cozy patio under shade wise old tree, cable TV, Wi-Fi and high-speed Internet channel. Air conditioners and thick stone house creates a pleasant coolness. The walls of the house is decorated with beautiful paintings by contemporary artists. The water comes into the house from natural mountain springs located around the village. In the yard there is a grill - an indispensable tool for barbecue parties. The home team will provide you all the amenities such as lounge chairs, parasols, bed linen, towels and all necessary kitchen equipment, including egg boiler and coffee machine. Your only obligation will be to spend a delightful carefree time at the Traditional Adriatic Villa.

There are oak groves, water from mountain springs, a pure breath due to mixing of sea and mountain air streams, amazing views of the Adriatic Sea from the height of bird flight, aromas of flowers and tropical plants, mountain scenery, peace and quiet. The Mediterranean climate is most favorable for human health.

But most importantly, your children and family will be safe and you will not be nervous and worry about them, and will enjoy the freedom and relaxation. Village Kuljace unique place, because it is completely pedestrian zone. There are no cars!

What makes this house unique

Old house with legends and hospitality of owners. For example:

Kuljace village is the patrimony of the old Illyrian family Pastrovici. The name is associated with the location. Hills over the Budva Riviera fills numerous mountain sources with the purest spring water. 'Spring sources land' so literally translated word Kuljace. But in this name hidden and historical significance. In the dark times of the Ottoman occupation the several Serbian families fleeing the persecution of the Turks, and decided to join forces to save the lives take a common surname different from Serbian names. Incidentally, in the Turkish language consonant word Kulyacha denotes tomato - Paradise in Serbian. Thus land Kuljace called paradise. And its land really is paradise. And tomatoes grow here like dandelions.

Montevilla is lovely, spacious and comfortable old stone house just 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Pržno, Sveti Stefan and the vibrant Budva. It’s perfect for those looking for peace, silence and privacy in harmony with living nature between sea and sky. The house has all necessary equipment, including air conditioning, kitchen technique, cable TV and Wi-Fi, while have saved the spirit of the authentic Montenegrin home. Magical views of the sea and mountains at sunset from the terrace house and wonderful dreams in moonlight nights.

Pleasant and caring hosts sent all relevant details for a few days before our arrival and helped with the travel program in Montenegro.

I recommend Montevilla to everyone who looking for a peace and quiet of pure nature in the unique place in Montenegro

We stayed with our 3 (young adult) children for one week at Montevilla. A great place under the sun with a beautiful view and very friendly and helpfull owners. Everything was perfect and we really loved our stay there. The hot tub on the terrace makes it complete. The house was well equiped and nicely decorated. It really felt like a home away. It was a place to relax just far enough from the crowdy beaches of Budva. It was a excellent base for our sight-seeing trips in Montenegro. We really recommend Montevilla to everyone! Loved everything about it! A well-deserved 5 stars from The Netherlands

This is an authentic village in the heart of Budva Riviera with modern infrastructure and streetlights. In this case, you only need 10 minutes and you will be able to dive into the sea near the beautiful resort Sveti Stefan, to walk in the famous royal park Milocher or to sunbathe on the sandy beach Kamenovo. Supermarkets, the best bars, restaurants and nightclubs are in Budva, just 6 km away from the house Montevilla. Since Kuljace is 3.5 km from the main road, you will need transport.
