Spacious, clean!

This apartment is very spacious and the owner keeps it very clean and well decorated.

The only concern was the condition of the towels ... kind of dingy, not very appealing!

The owner was very gracious and provided all needed information about the local neighborhood.

For those traveling to see the Alhambra, this apartment is out of the way. We had to travel by taxi since bringing our car would not have been wise due to lack of parking.

Bel appartement

Bel appartement relativement bien situé. Le propriétaire très accueillant, parle français et donne volontier des conseils.

La propreté est un vrai plus, l'appartement est très grand et pratique avec ses deux salles de bain et toutes les comoditées sont proches.

Bel appartement confortable pour 6 personnes

Après avoir été déçus par une location à Séville, nous avons trouvé un havre de paix à Grenade dans cet agréable appartement situé à 6-7 minutes du centre historique. Tout près, il y a un supermarché, et plusieurs restaurants.

Cet appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre et la literie est vraiment confortable. Grace aux 2 salles de bains (attention en Espagne, les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain) nous avons pu gérer sans nous gêner nos journées de touristes... et elles sont longues car il y a beaucoup de sites à visiter à Grenade.

Un plus pour cet appartement. Il est possible de louer une place dans un parking situé juste en dessous de l'immeuble. Ce parking est surveillé par un gardien. A Grenade, la marche à pied ou le recours à un taxi sont vivement recommandés. Pour information, les taxis sont beaucoup, beaucoup moins chers qu'en France.

Franscisco Del Valle est un monsieur charmant qui parle parfaitement le français et vous donne tous les renseignements dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Nous le remercions pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 9 chez Francisco et tout était parfait. Tous les magasins sont à proximité, on peut aller dans le centre ou au parc des sciences facilement à pied ou en bus. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Très bon accueil de Francisco. Excellent rapport qualité prix, je le recommande vivement !!!!
