Lovely conversion of an old town property to create a very lovely and comfortable holiday home. Quirky to access, a gate in the corner of a side street, to a 2nd door which lead to a door to the property or to the extremely private and peaceful sun trap of a garden ... enjoy soaking up the sun or having a bbq ... or just simply take your breakfast outdoors!

Spacious living, bedroom areas and bath/shower room over 3 floors.

Perfectly located for all amenities in the town, easy 20 minute walk down hill to the local beach areas ... allow 30-40 minutes on the way back uphill, especially if very hot.

Ideal for touring the beautiful Brittany coastline, visiting Morlaix or Roscoff .... where you can also catch a small ferry to the beautiful Ile de Batz.

One downside, wardrobe space would be welcome in the bedroom to hang a few items.

A very comfortable, lovely week away in the brilliant little town of St Pol.

Location cosy et idéalement située

Maison de ville située dans une rue très calme de Saint Pol de Léon. Accueil par Mme Jo très sympathique. Maison très bien entretenue et aménagée avec goûts. Jardin à l'abri de tous regards. 2 vélos adulte disponibles permettant de sillonner la belle côte Bretonne (Roscoff, Carantec...). Le coin sauna/hammam idéal après les longues marches ou ballades en vélo. A deux pas d'un super U avec un rayon poissonnerie excellent. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant le Rackam à Roscoff (menu découverte) et les fraises de Sibiril. Ile de Batz à visiter. N'hésitez pas aussi à tester les plaisirs du char à voile vers Santec. Le marché de Saint Pol où vous retrouverez homards frais et tous les plaisirs de la gastronomie bretonne. Bons vents !!!

Lustiges Haus, gut eingerichtet,

Das Haus gefiel uns gut, die Lage ist absolut ruhig, die Zimmeranordnung auf drei Etagen lässt individuelles Wohnen zu. Alles ist in gutem Zustand, auch die beiden Fahrräder. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Wir würden dieses Objekt am selben Ort sofort wieder mieten.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'escale. Logement impeccable, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Cour extérieur au soleil et abrité du vent et sans vis à vis. Logement bien situé et au calme. Le panier d'accueil copieux a été très apprécié de tous. Région magnifique, nous espérons pouvoir revenir à l'escale l'année prochaine. Les Deux-Sèvriens.

Wohlfühlhaus mitten in der pittoresken Altstadt

Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus in der Altstadt, alle Geschäfte und der Wochenmarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar, Der kleine Garten lädt zum Verweilen und zur Siesta ein. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Gegend - auch mit dem Fahrrad! Sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieter!
