Enjoy our wonderful holiday apartment by the lovely harbour of Vauban, the sandy beach of La Gravette & only a stone’s throw away from the old city centre of Antibes. Very well located, 50m from the harbour Vauban, 500m from the beach & only 300m to the old town.

Lounge with a sofa-bed for 2 persons, CD/DVD player, flat screen TV. Large terrace. Bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a big double bed.
Equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, microwave and traditional oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher an electric kettle, coffee maker & toaster.
Bathroom with bath, shower & dividing wall made of glass, and separate toilets.
A private garage in the basement. Access to the safe property by videophone.
Internet café, shops, ticket sellers, restaurants & bar and cinema are very close.

Antibes is a place we love, the old town, the port Vauban, the beautiful yachts, the local market, the beaches, and a great choice of very good restaurants.
Our apartment is near everything, owns a private secured garage, a large terrace and is quite calm. Very well equipped and designed for a family of four or two couples of friends.
We are here for the fourth time, and that's more then just words! Very convenient location in the heart of the city and a quiet place. Right in the city area there is sandy beach, and if you prefer pebbles, then it is very close. We always drove by car to this beach. Just 1-2 min. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent Italian restaurant 100 meters away.
Antibes is located on the cape and there is always a pleasant climate. The heat is not felt as in the neighboring cities.
And of course special thanks to François and Anne-Sophie for hospitality and service and bottle of wine ;) We are glad, and the fifth time we will come to you!

This was our seventh visit to Antibes, so we knew the area. The apartment is in a modern block and is comfortable, spacious, secure and well-equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are particularly pleasant and, all-importantly, the bed was very comfortable. In addition, we found access to the balcony via kitchen and living room very useful. The location gave us easy access to bus and train stations. At the same time, we were still close to the food shops. One of our great pleasures is walking around the Old Town and along the ramparts and we had been concerned that the apartment was slightly further away than we would wish. We need not have been, as it made no difference to us. In addition, we found ourselves pleasantly near to the marina. The apartment was beautifully quiet, which was important, as, in the past, some of the locations in which we have stayed have been noisy. Just a word about Anne-Sophie, the on-site manager: we found her wonderfully helpful, including meeting us the night before we left, as we had an early departure and helping with a false alarm about missing reading glasses! Over-all, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

close to excellent transport facilities. We found it an ideal base
for exploring the coast from Cannes to Vintimiglia. If we visit
Antibes again we shall certainly stay there. Thoroughly recommended!
we enjoyed our stay in this excellent appartment. The reception was cordial and instructive (thanks for the bottle of wine!). Antibes is a lively place. Most of the objects of interest are in the neighbourhood reachable by foot. 'La vieille ville' starts at the end of the street. Very good restaurant: Le Vauban, a good Italian is at the corner of the building: La Famiglia.

My wife and I loved this apartment. The apartment and building are modern and a short walk from the train station - no need for a taxi. The marina is across the street and you can walk to the beach, market, and restaurants in town. The owner has a couple of straw beach mats that came in handy plus a wheeled card for the carrying groceries. The owner is very easy to deal with and his manager meet us promptly on our arrival.
My husband, 6 year old son and myself recently spent a wonderfully relaxing week staying in the spacious Le Port apartment in Antibes. My parents stayed in the equally delightful La Plage apartment on the first floor.
The apartment is spotlessly clean, extremely well provided with everything you could possibly need (including ample power points and electric fans which kept the temperature at a very pleasant level during the hot weather) and we also very much enjoyed eating out on the large balcony.
The apartment is perfectly located for access to the harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants, railway station and airport bus stops and we didn't miss having a car at all. Everything was within a very short walk of the apartment,
Ann-Sophie who greeted us on arrival was delightful and there was even a welcome bottle of wine, which was much enjoyed.
We would definitely like to return to this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Antibes.
Access by road: highway A8 (The Provençal) to Antibes, exit 44. Then take the D35 direction Antibes ('route de Grasse) then Avenue Philippe Rochat. Then direction ' Old Antibes Port Vauban. Access by train: TGV (High Speed Train) station of Antibes only 300 m away. TER (REGIONAL EXPRESS TRAIN) which serves all the coast, very practical to go to visit Cannes, Grasse or Nice. Access by plane: international Airport of Nice Côte d'Azur (20 km), direct link by bus from the airport to the Antibes railway station (bus 250).
