This stunning home has commanding mountain views from every window. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Large and fully equipped entertainment media room with 60 in flat HD TV, computer desk with High Speed internet connection via data port and wireless, satellite transmission TV’s, VCR DVD. 3 Gas fireplaces, Triple car garage, main floor entertainment area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings. Master bedroom 1: with King bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bath and private balcony. Master Bedroom 2: King bed living room and private bath, Bedroom 3 with Queen is off the 2nd master bedroom, Bedroom 4 with Queen bed and Bedroom 5 with Twins to King. Gourmet Kitchen and pantry, Cocktail serving island and a main floor space with dining room, media room and living room, very comfortable surroundings with magnificent panoramic views of the mountain ranges, private outdoor hot tub on out door deck. 8 -10 guests.
Our family stayed for five weeks and we could not have been more happy and comfortable. Our last Whistler summer was spent in a 5 star hotel. I have to say we were a LOT more comfortable in this house.The house was beautifully furnished and equipped, and is perfectly situated. On the one hand, it is truly nestled in the woods, and one awakes to the melody of birds singing, and the smell of fresh evergreen - the best of Whistler in the summer. On the other hand, you're just a few steps away from walking along the shores of Green Lake and enjoying the breathtaking view. Or if you don't feel like cooking in the gourmet kitchen, just walk across the street and have breakfast (or lunch or dinner) right on the lake at the Lodge.. If you like to walk, hike or ride a bicycle you cannot go wrong. There are multiple paths and trails - the Valley Trail is right at the end of the driveway! Even I couldn't get lost here!
Although we are not golfers, this would be a golfer's dream come true. The first tee is right next door, and if you fell off the porch you would be ready to tee up! Within a few minutes walk is the Lake, a roaring river complete with whitewater, and pedestrian bridges, and nature trails, a spa, and a cafe. Walk a little more and you're in the Village.
The property is secluded enough that you don't hear the traffic from the main highway, but yet you're just a couple of minutes away from the Village, the various parks, and shopping. There were so many things to do and activities, that we didn't even get to them all, in spite of having five weeks to do so. The house was very comfortable in all kinds of weather. If it's cold, there are cozy fireplaces everywhere, and yet the house opens up for inviting cool breezes when it gets warm out.
Lina and her crew were outstanding, and the professional service and attention to details superb. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
Another great aspect to this property were the various comfortable sitting areas. There are several outside sitting areas beautifully landscaped. We could sit and read a while in the flower garden, enjoying the sun, and watch squirrels playing in the trees, and hummingbirds going from flower to flower. And within the house are various areas, televisions, fireplaces, etc. so that there is always a comfortable place to sit and relax. I would recommend this property to anyone, whether you are a family, or a group, you cannot go wrong. We had a very lovely time .
We had such an excellent time and this home was perfect our large group! The location is excellent and not too far from the village. Lina was very friendly and her service and availability only added to our stay. We hope to visit again and will definetly work with Lina and her team for future rentals.
Staying in a large home for less than the price of a hotel, is prime use of accommodation. Easy access to all events, amenities and sporting activities.

To secure your reservation and package booking: a credit card is required. A deposit of 10% for service packages or a 1 night deposit per every 7 nights for accommodation rental is necessary, for holidays – the non-refundable deposit is 25% of the total accommodation invoice.. This is non-refundable. All rates are in Canadian Funds; a further Canadian HST (12%) and MST (2%) tax will be added. Visa and MasterCard & American Express cards are accepted for deposit. You will be sent a confirmation of reservation that highlights all services included in package and information regarding final payment.
Age limit: due to home use insurance stipulations 75% of all adult guests using the property must be over the age of 25.
Final payment: The balance of the total package is due 60 days prior to arrival date (and 45 days prior to arrival in Summer). Reservations will be canceled if payment is not received with a forfeit of deposit. Late payment charges of $10.00 day will be added for every day late. Deposits may be made using Visa, MasterCard, money order or certified check ($ US or $ CND checks accepted, however due to changes in the Credit Card charges to merchants for non present, brand cards & foreign credit cards - final payments are to be made by bank transfers or certified cheques payable in Canadian funds. For bookings made 60 days or less prior to arrival date, the total vacation package is due at the time of verbal confirmation of booking.
Cancellations: Any cancellations received after confirmation forfeits your deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival after payment in full results in forfeiture of 100% of moneys received. (45 days in summer) refunds only if an equal package or booking is made, filling cancellations after these dates are increasingly difficult as most service bookings have made other arrangements.
