This 3,600 sq/ft home is a large family and event oriented home. ONLY 4 min drive to the village - but you have the space the comfort of a large chalet home very close to all amenities...with easy parking in the village to access restaurants, skiing, shopping and hotel amenities, it is recommend to book a larger home or unit, then proximity to the village.

First class accommodation!

This outstanding home had more than everything we needed for a spontaneous family gathering. Beautiful decor, luxurious bedding, glorious view and ideal location! We could not have asked for a better accommodation. Thank you!!!

Family Reunion

Seven of us (5 adults and 2 kids under 5) enjoyed a five night stay at this wonderful home. Very well equipped kitchen, and one of the cleanest places I have rented through VRBO. Nothing we needed although you will need to shop for most condiments etc.(which is fine by me - Id rather a clean than cluttered fridge). Weather was hot although house cooled well at night. Lots to do close by or in town. WE hired a local photogher and met on the dock minutes from this house. Great setting. And our doggie enjoyed it too!

Luxury home

We just had an amazing stay at this luxury house right across the street from the Nickalaus Morth country club. Great location to walk across the street and go to the outside patio to eat and enjoy the great view of the lake and seaplanes landing. The house was outfitted quite well and we lacked for nothing. A week was not long enough!!!!

Gorgeous house, convenient location

This is a wonderful house with fantastic management. High ceilings, several downstairs living areas, and spacious, well-appointed rooms. A short, 5-minute drive into Whistler Village, and right next to the golf course. A perfect house for several families: both master bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the middle rooms, with queen beds, are great.

Perfect home for our ski group

We had eight men staying in this home for a ski week. Originally wanted to stay right in the village but the homes were much smaller or much more expensive. Very happy we chose this home. It was perfect! With the sofa bed we only had to have 2 men share the king in the master bedroom. All of the beds were quite comfortable. The home is beautiful with lots of space for lounging. We did not cook at all, but the kitchen is large and well appointed. The hot tub worked perfectly and was very nice after a long day on the slopes. Another plus is the golf course restaurant right across the street. The restaurants in the village were very crowded and impossible to get reservations but Lina suggested Table Nineteen and made us a reservation for the first night. We liked the food a lot and the staff were all so friendly. We ended up eating there two other nights as well. Couldn't beat the food and the price. Working with Mark and Lina was such a pleasant experience. Everyone of us felt that when we return to Whistler we will definitely stay at this same home. Don't see how you could do any better.

To secure your reservation and package booking: a credit card is required. A deposit of 10% for service packages or a 1 night deposit per every 7 nights for accommodation rental is necessary, for holidays – the non-refundable deposit is 25% of the total accommodation invoice.. This is non-refundable. All rates are in Canadian Funds; a further Canadian HST (12%) and MST (2%) tax will be added. Visa and MasterCard & American Express cards are accepted for deposit. You will be sent a confirmation of reservation that highlights all services included in package and information regarding final payment.

Age limit: due to home use insurance stipulations 75% of all adult guests using the property must be over the age of 25.

Final payment: The balance of the total package is due 60 days prior to arrival date (and 45 days prior to arrival in Summer). Reservations will be canceled if payment is not received with a forfeit of deposit. Late payment charges of $10.00 day will be added for every day late. Deposits may be made using Visa, MasterCard, money order or certified check ($ US or $ CND checks accepted, however due to changes in the Credit Card charges to merchants for non present, brand cards & foreign credit cards - final payments are to be made by bank transfers or certified cheques payable in Canadian funds. For bookings made 60 days or less prior to arrival date, the total vacation package is due at the time of verbal confirmation of booking.

Cancellations: Any cancellations received after confirmation forfeits your deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival after payment in full results in forfeiture of 100% of moneys received. (45 days in summer) refunds only if an equal package or booking is made, filling cancellations after these dates are increasingly difficult as most service bookings have made other arrangements.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued on partially unused portions of packages/accommodations:
