High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trails or slopes. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front has a patio with a propane bbq. Ski Lift swing and ski tower in side yard. Fenced back and side yards and a larger somewhat fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickelball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. This goes beyond where most rental cabins leave off and will leave you with the true Tahoe experience. A lifestyle in a vacation rental getaway.

Our stay

Debbie is fantastic! Super sweet and easy to reach. The house was well stocked especially the kitchen, every utensil you could possibly have forgotten at home was available. All the beds were extremely comfortable , home was very clean, and our kids had a blast using the pool. Lots of extra linens as well! We went up for our wedding with just our kids and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The back porch was so relaxing at night. The sound of the water that backs up to the house was heaven! We have no complaints and will definitely be back. As a side note we left something very sentimental on accident and Debbie was so kind, she looked for it and sent it to our home for us. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Debbie!!!

Great place

Me and my family had so much fun at riverranch from playing in the snow to having fun playing games in the house. Bed was comfortable.

Cozy cabin, wonderful stay

I stayed in this cabin with a few friends and we had a wonderful weekend. The kitchen was particularly great as we were able to easily cook a couple meals as a group, and eat at the large dining table. We had one dog with us who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. I also appreciated all of the documentation and guides available in the cabin itself. Debbie was responsive and easy to communicate with.

bigger than expected

This home was great for our 2 families ski trip. The nook with 2 beds is really a room and worked great for our 2 girls. We also appreciated the fast snow plowing of the driveway.

Lovely Setting

This is our second time staying at this property. It's dog friendly which we love. There's lots of open country to walk the dogs. The setting is lovely. The home is well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. The beds are comfortable too. Great vacation home!

South Lake Tahoe since 1981. I enjoy the great outdoors. Skier, Snowboarder, Hiking, paddle boarding, lake kayaking, white river rafting.
Being outside with my dogs. All seasons adventure.
When it's time to slow down the property has many spots to relax, kick back enjoy a book. The property is great for Plein air sketching, painting, photography and art work which I also do for fun.

Why they chose this property

Extra Clean and well equipped. On the river, Rare acreage, fenced back yards, Recreation central. Hike bike cross country ski or snowshoe outdoor adventure at your doorstep. People drive here from intown to start their adventure parking at the of road. On the edge of town and only a 15-20 minute drive to ski areas and shopping. Near Heavenly, Sierra and Kirkwood ski areas.

What makes this property unique

Hot tub outside year round. New couch. Dining table seats 8. Plenty of cookware. We prefer renting to families for small gatherings. Large acreage for Tahoe with nice trails around property. Great for kids to play outside.
Sorry, not for large groups. not a party house or for loud guests. We have neighbors.
