About the property

Book a great vacation rental for 4 p. with pool, AC, wifi- Nerja Costa del Soll

20% off last minute until July 13 (not yet applied, ask me). Penthouse 1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Very good location in one of the beautiful areas of Nerja. From here, everything can be done on foot: shopping, beach Burriana, visits. And above all we can park there for free in complete safety.

Surface of 67 m²: 54 m² (interior) + 13 m² of flowery terrace, on the ground floor.

Free WIFI ! (optical fiber, private), unlike many rentals where you pay by credit card your consumption from a box. Smart TV, bouquet of international channels.

My prices include everything, including the final cleaning.

Near Burriana beach (700 m), 10 minutes walk.

1.3 km from the famous Balcon de l'Europe. Shops nearby (a few minutes).

With or without a car, very good choice neighborhood:

- Nerja is an extended city, it is necessary to choose your neighborhood to facilitate its movements and to park!

- Nice and quiet residence

- Beach (known to be the most beautiful: Burriana) and downtown within walking distance (10-15 minutes depending on the location),

- One of the best neighborhoods to park! Small outdoor parking reserved for the residence.

- Shops and supermarkets a few minutes walk as by car.


- Beautiful 3 rooms on the ground floor with nice private terrace (see photo) secure and furnished apartment always clean on your arrival.

- Good bedding. Sleeping and baby equipment available: extra baby bed + comfortable mattress (you can bring bed and baby sheets).

- Folding baby chair provided (to be attached to another chair).

- Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms

- Nice terrace, flowery and without vis-à-vis, located on the ground floor

- Very well equipped with dishes

- 2 protected pools, with a pool attendant in the summer. Open all year for those who are not chilly!

The large swimming pool has an adult corner / a children's corner, with a depth suitable for children of 4/5 years (progressive descent). You can swim easily (lengths) in the large pool of 12 m.

The smallest pool (on the main photo where we see the flower) is suitable for older children only.


- Private broadband 100% private fiber optic coaxial, much better quality than the so-called private wifi but actually paid by credit card payment in multiple locations). Here you will not have to pay anything!

- TV package including many Spanish and international channels

- Smart TV allowing you to see movies with your subscriptions from your home country (if European, see portability since May 2018)

- Final cleaning included!

- Beds made on arrival: sheets, pillowcases, bathroom linen

- Beach towels lent on the sole condition of putting them in the machine the day before departure, to dry them then to put them away


. Outstanding micro-climate in NERJA, generally not too hot (often 28-29 degrees when it is 36 degrees in Granada or Seville): with exception and high humidity (Nerja is not far from the tropical Costa), fans are enough

Definitely the nicest coastal city in the area, and lively!

Two renowned tourist attractions (Caves: las cuevas de Nerja and the Balcon de Europa). Nerja is very popular with Spanish people, English, Irish and Nordic countries.

Nerja is on the edge of the Costa Tropical with its sugar cane fields!

You can spend weeks of farniente or visit Andalusia or even hike in the mountains virtually on the spot since Nerja is at the foot of 3 mountain chains including the Sierra Alpujara.

Good point of excursion to many nearby destinations like Granada or Malaga while enjoying the sea.

Exceptional micro climate all year, neither too hot nor too cold. Sun. Seaside. Swimming pool (s).

Numerous restaurants and activities.

What makes this apartment unique

One of the few neighborhoods where you can park for FREE with relative ease and go to the beach Burriana on foot, as well as in the center. There is a small car park belonging to the residence in the back and the whole avenue in front.

You can arrive and leave the apartment at any time (check out before 10 am, check in after 4 pm), in line with the timetable of your flights, by a clever system of handing over / dropping of keys which will be explained to you. In some cases you may leave your luggage during the household , due to fligh schedules, but it is sometimes complicated to organize for the agency according to the schedule of the other tenants. Absolutely great. From start to finish Sabine was brilliant. Apartment in a great location. Clean and ideally equipped. Thoroughly recommend using Antonio for airport pick up.

Very nice small family place

We had really good holiday - apartment in pleasant short walking distance from beach and old town. Shop just around the corner. Easy parking. Very helpful host. Children enjoyed the pool. We loved the nearby beach and restaurants down there. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need for short holiday is provided in the house.

Well located and great apartment

We just stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks (family of 4), and loved it. It's a prefect size, great location and all the facilities and equipment were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, perfect family stay!!

Great location for our week stay with 2 teenage children. 5 minutes walk to the town and the beach. Owner Sabine amazing and extremely helpful when booking and lots of helpful tips about the stay. Arrived late and night but everything was easy to find and do. Nerja centre has many lovely restaurant to eat and the beach is clean and family friendly again lots of bars and restaurant. We will be booking for next year!!

Everything thought about, lovely stay

We are a family with children aged 7 and 9. This apartment was great - most of the basics are there which was appreciated (perhaps you might want to pack a little sugar and salt if you like those!). The apartment was easy to access and just round the corner from the pool. Parking was never a problem just on the road outside. The outside area is small and enclosed but useful for drying clothes - if you want to sit in the sun best to carry a deck chair round to the pool area. The whole complex has a really friendly feel and you can choose to walk down to Burriana beach (lovely) or down into Nerja proper (both 10 minutes) or just visit the nearby restaurants. You have the supermarket and panaderia (bread shop!) nearby. Google came up with a river walk down the Rio Chillar - amazing experience - you drive about 5 minutes, go down a quiet road, it says residents only but you can park - just look it up on Google - really worth doing. Wear shoes that won't fall off! We visited Competa, Frigliana, Alhambra (book in advance for palaces - we missed out), various local beaches (stay on coast roads and you discover them). None of the beaches are yellow sand but are still pretty. The sea was warm enough in October - in fact the weather was amazing. A great stay. Thank you Sabine for thinking about providing everything needed. The double bed has a strange cover on the mattress that makes it quite hot (if comfy) - nicer with a smooth sheet I think. That would be only request!

Ideally situated appartment

The apartment was very comfortable and had a lovely enclosed outside eating area. The two swimming pools were a bonus- the largest afforded the opportunity to have a 'decent' swim. The apartment is ideally situated as there is easy access to the motorway and routes along the coast and into the mountain villages. It is also close to the nearest beach and the centre of town. There is a bus stop across the street which hourly will take you close to the centre of town if you don't wish to take the 10 minute walk. Sabine provided us with very useful information before the visit which we used throughout our visit to Nerja. Communication with her was easy during the visit as the WIFI was very efficient. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Malaga airport is 55 km (35 minutes drive door to door). Granada airport, 103 km (1h15 drive). Many car rental companies at both airports, some of them are unexpensive (just over 100 euros per week) and taxis easily go to Nerja. A few buses or shutlles passing through the center of Malaga or Granada. See councels on my website. Keys are collected either by my representative (agency) or in a special post box near the entrance to the apartment which opens with a code (great if your plane arrives late in the evening!). This allows you complete freedom to choose the flight of your choice. Departure before 10 am (negotiable) and arrival after 16 pm (negotiable).

The excursions are varied (wild coast, 1:15 Granada, Malaga 45 minutes, white villages, Antequera and the Torcal, 2H30 Seville and 3H Cordoba by highway, etc.). See my personal website for further advice on transport and tourism & to see some more photos:
