About this property

Corner of paradise in one of the most beautiful places of Cogne. Furnished and finished to our pleasure that we decided to share with you. Equipped with every comfort, with great views of the Gran Paradiso massif. Double bedroom and sofa bed in living area. Private parking and garden chairs. Housing in historic house entirely renovated in 2007, in front of the meadow of Sant Orso. Linen and cleaning included. Depending on the period will be counted as gas consumption for heating.

Great position - well equipped

Well-equipped apartment for two in an ideal location in Cogne. Everything positive…from communications with Maurizio to a welcome bottle of Genepy.

Piccolo gioiello in una posizione fantastica

Un appartamento grazioso e curato in ogni particolare, attrezzato benissimo, con dotazioni di alta qualità. La posizione al piano terra affacciata sul magnifico giardino prospiciente il prato di Sant’Orso è un pregio inestimabile! Maurizio gentilissimo e squisito.

Tout était parfait! Emplacement proche du village de montagne authentique avec vue sur le massif du Grand Paradis, logement coquet et très fonctionnel.Nous avons apprécié le jardin au retour de nos promenades. Merci à Maurizio pour l'excellent accueil et sa ponctualité pour nos rendez-vous à l'arrivée et au retour.

Tutto perfetto

La casa di Maurizio è una vera bomboniera, arredata con gusto, accessoriata di tutto e soprattutto comoda per la sua posizione centrale e vicinissima agli impianti. Ci si può dimenticare della macchina! Stupenda anche la vista sui prati di Sant'Orso!!
