Our apartment is roughly 1200 square feet with the following amenities:

Two queen size beds (all beds are located in one large bedroom)

Bunk beds

1 full bath

fully stocked kitchen (full size fridge and range/oven)



Beach chairs if needed

key less front door entry (no key to worry about)

two public walk overs 1/2 a block away either way

Gas bbq

We allow pets under 25 pounds and a max of 2. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, and we do charge a pet fee per pet.

For our long term guest, 7 days and longer, we offer access to laundry facilities at an additional cost. (fee is based on length of stay). Please request this option at time of booking.

Our beach is the 'no drive' beach, safe for children to run and play but if you want to drive it is one block up the street. We offer one parking spot for our guests, but others are welcomed to park on the easement.

The entrance to the apartment is around the back of the house offering privacy from the A1A traffic and views of the sunset. We gladly welcome bikers for Bike Week and Biketoberfest. We are located about 12 miles SE of the Speedway.

We have four friendly dogs and two children, and welcome you to meet them throughout your stay. We enjoy hosting people and will interact as little or as much as you like.

We are originally from Miami, and moved up to Central Florida 10 years ago to offer our children a better way of life. We purchased this home 4 years ago and love living in this area. . We are happy to now welcome travelers from VRBO. We look forward to meeting you.

Just what we wanted. Quiet place, walking distance to a beautiful beach (and away from the spring break crowds). The apartment had everything we needed and the owners are super nice and accommodating.

Home away from home

I could not have been more pleased with the property or my renters, they treated me like extended family being gracious, cheerful and always attentive to my needs. I traveled to Daytona on business for almost seven weeks and wanted to rent an apartment opposed to staying in a hotel. This was an ideal location and suited my needs perfectly! The apartment was clean and beds were medium to firm making for a good night's sleep.

The most stress-free vacation you'll ever book

I'm not big on writing reviews.. unless it's either so terrible that I feel obligated to warn other consumers, or so amazing that praise is due, which is the case here. The rental itself is impeccably clean. Everything was tidy, and not dusty which is often a problem I find with some rentals. As earlier reviewers stated, the apt is much bigger than the pictures present. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and another bunk bed/ trundle bed, and there is still a vast amount of space in the room. Beds and bedding were comfortable, and soft. No scratchy/ dusty/ comforters here. The bathroom is also very large, and not cramped at all. The full size kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget imaginable, along with a full range and oven, and full sized fridge. Juicers, blenders, crockpot, convection oven, wine glasses, dishes, microwave. Whatever your cooking style, they're ready for you. There's also a BBQ grill outside. There is plenty of eating space with an eating counter, as well as a full dining table. The living area is also spacious with a full couch and 2 love seats. If you are traveling with kids, there is plenty of space to not feel cooped up, and give the kids an area to hang out and play. As far as location, you can't beat it. You are directly across the road from the beach, with both the drive and no-drive sections of the beach accessible. I prefer the no-drive section, and the drive area was still far enough on the sand that it wasn't at all disruptive. For those of you that do prefer it, it's probably a 2 min car drive to the access point. The beach is beautiful, and we did not leave to do anything else while we were here because of it. For those looking for more to do, Daytona Beach offers anything you can possibly want within a very short distance. The great thing about this property is that it's directly in the center between hustling bustling party Daytona Beach, and quiet sleepy beach town. Most importantly, I can't say enough nice things about the owners. Very humble, down-to-earth people. They are very hospitable, and detail-oriented and extremely attentive. Mike and Christina were very respectful of our privacy, while still being a text or phone call away if we needed anything. My security deposit was also promptly refunded, which is nice since many other places have taken weeks in the past. Our family will definitely be back, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Beautiful property, location, and owners!

Excellent, Superb, Fantastic!

If you pass over this listing then you are missing out. The apartment, the family and people, the area, and the beach are all just wonderful beyond words. I almost hesitate to write such a great review because I don't want them to get super booked up and hard to reserve! Christina and Mike are some of the best, most authentic people I have ever met. I can't wait to come back. I am proud to say my kids and I not only found a beautiful and wholesome family vacation spot, but also made new friendships in the process.

Location: Awesome! Directly on the strip near anything you could possibly need or want. Target, Walmart, restaurants, liquor stores, surf shops, souvenir shops and local landmarks like the lighthouse and marine center are ALL less that 12-15 mins away.

Property: Extremely clean and well kept. Obviously designed for multiple people and very family friendly. By the end of the week it felt like home. Lots of living and sleeping space and the yard is awesome for little ones to play. Outside shower is perfect for rinsing off; the only thing I should note (if you are a big person such as my husband) is that the inside shower is a little small. The bathroom is big and was very clean! The shower was great and easy to use- just keep in mind that it's a bit snug. My 6 foot, 220 lb. hubby is gonna have to squeeze haha! But th apartment is very lovely and great for kids and families, as well as other groups.

Beach: BEAUTIFUL! The beach near this rental is so beautiful. We saw dolphins almost everyday. It is clean and there are truly only locals and a handful of other small families. I was thrilled that my sons could enjoy the ocean without being exposed to any notorious Spring Breaker craziness.

Owners: I can't say enough. Christina and Mike and their wonderful kids are such a great family! Very helpful and friendly, polite and kind. Mike showed my kids how to dig for crabs on the beach and Christina made them feel right at home. They are very clear that if you would like to visit and hang out that is great and if you prefer more privacy that is fine too- so whether you have kids (like us) and enjoy making new friends... or if you need more alone time, this place is perfect for both either way.

Downsides: Truly none. I have never had more fun or felt more safe, secure and like I could let my kids enjoy themselves. I hope the apartment doesn't get too booked up over time because once you rent here you will never want to rent anywhere else!
