Mouldings (plenty of style). In the heart of Vannes. 100 m away from the harbour and the historical district. 5 min away from the beaches and 2 min from the pier for the gulf's islands. Parking space 100 m away.

There is a lot of charm with beams, wooden floors and mouldings.

It is an ideal location, 100 m away from the harbour, the historical district, shops and restaurants. There is Access to the boats for cruises or travelling towards the islands. It offers garage or parking space and Internet.

Comfortable character property

If location is your priority, this is brilliant - literally a street over from the port and the old walled city. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had 2 vegetarians - which can be a problem in Brittany unless you are prepared to live on cake - so recommend the Karpa for the gigantic and delicious salad.

The property is comfortable and historic rather than luxurious, but very pleasant. We had 6 people staying, which made for a bit a of a queue in the single bathroom. The wifi worked (hooray!) which was very important to all of us. Mr Malidin was friendly and very helpful, turning out to change the garage remote battery for example.

I'd definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money, given the size of our group.

Insider tips: you can pay for optional extras: linen (8 euros a head/week), a spot in a covered secure garage over the road (DEFINITELY worth it, as parking in Vannes is difficult and expensive) and a cleaner at the end of the stay (instead of doing it yourself). We don't regret paying for any of these.

This apartment was exactly as shown. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. The location was ideal and the parking space very convenient. Thanks for Benoit for being an awesome 'tour guide' with his suggestions and recommendations for where to explore to best enjoy the Golfe Du Morbihan!

Appartement vaste, très agréable réservant de belles découvertes. Propriétaire très sympa, à l'écoute et discret. Séjour de 3 jours, trop courts mais adresse à retenir absolument. Vannes est une ville magnifique.

J'ai passé presque une semaine à cet appartement. C'est très bien equipé et situé; le propriétaire est sympathetique et très secourable. C'est proche du centre ville mais ce n'est pas bruyant.

Très bien situé, ce super appartement allie le confort du moderne(tout y est fonctionnel, de qualité, bien pensé, les lits sont confortables et la propreté en est le maître mot) au charme de l'ancien avec ses pierres apparentes, ces poutres aux dessins colorés, une vraie curiosité ! Le propriétaire est sympa, ouvert sachant donner les bonnes adresses de restauration( " Le rive gauche" prés du port, de promenades ou de petites criques introuvables si on n'est pas du coin.

Nous reviendrons, c'est promis!

Idealer Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Region

Auch die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig, freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Ein Schlafbereich mit eigener Dusche und Toilette bietet durch einen separaten Eingang vom Innenhof aus eine zusätzliche Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Lage dürfte kaum zu überbieten sein: Obgleich relativ ruhig gelegen, sind Altstadt, Markt und jede Menge Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Im Hafen legen die Fähren ab, und selbst ein kleiner Strand mit gezeitenunabhängigem Schwimmbad ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Durch die zugehörige Tiefgarage gibt es auch keine Parkplatzsorgen

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir werden wiederkommen und haben die Wohnung auch unseren Freunden empfohlen.
