About this property

At 800 m from the beach, the market and the center-village of the Diamond, the villa Rosazur can accommodate 10 people (and two babies <2 years) distributed in 4 air-conditioned rooms (including a master suite with bathroom and dressing room private), and a cabin area.
Open kitchen with hatch and high bar / bar; adjoining pantry. Living room: TV 102 cm, DVD-Blu-ray home theater, corner sofa, and reading-conversation area.
With family or friends, you will share moments of conviviality on the covered terrace of 40 m2 and around the pool (4m diameter, alarm-children). You will taste oranges, limes, bananas, coconut freshly picked in the garden.
Do not miss the sunrise on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. On the way back Chantal and his colleagues will offer you vegetables and spices under the covered market. You will buy your bread and some local pastries in the best bakery.

We have built this house with the desire to offer our family and our vacationers a comfortable and functional holiday resort with a clean and exotic local decor. She obtained a ministerial classification 'Meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles' in July 2014.
Attention: located in the heart of a quiet residential area, the villa Rosazur is conducive to relaxation, the sweetness of life and friendliness, it is not suitable for festive evenings or extended music.

Notre séjour

Location très bien située. Île magnifique, Martiniquais très accueillants. Très bon accueil de Serge, qui nous a donné de très bons conseils et fait un délicieux repas d'arrivée. Ménage des sanitaires, douche et baignoire limite, on voit que la personne qui fait le ménage, le fait succinctement. Tout de même, nous reviendrons.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette villa. Elle est très bien équipée et bien située pour visiter l'île, dans un quartier calme et près de plisieurs services (marché, boulangerie, restos,etc). La piscine était très agréable au retour d'une journée de plage ou de visite sur l'île. Nous étions 9, dont 3 enfants, et il y avait amplement d'espace pour nous tous. Merci également à Serge pour son bel accueil et pour le beau souper qu'il nous a concocté!

Villa bien située et bien équipée pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge

Accueil très sympa Villa très agréable pour vivre à la Martiniquaise, c'est à dire dehors, sur la grande terrasse. Recommandée pour une famille avec bébé Nous avons passé de très belles vacances

Tout simplement superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Nous étions 6 donc chacun avait son espace : notre couple d’amis au premier étage - chambre, salle de bain et toilette ; nos deux grandes filles (19 et 17 ans) avaient chacune leur chambre au rez-de-chaussée et partageaient une salle d’eau - douche, et de notre côté nous avions opté pour la suite parentale. La pièce principale est très grande et la cuisine très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La vaisselle est présente en quantité. Comme la température extérieure ne varie peu (~30 degrés), nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la pergola, et là, le passe plat vers la cuisine est un réel plus. La pergola donne sur la piscine qui est de taille largement suffisante pour des personnes qui ne souhaitent pas forcément faire des longueurs. La maison se situe à 800 m du marché, d’une boulangerie, de la mer des Caraïbes, des snacks ambulants (petite recommandation, essayer Pam Snack sur la place du marché, les ribs et le poulet boucané sont très bons). Le centre ville du Diamant est un peu plus loin de 200 m environ. La maison est très bien située pour visiter les plages du sud, et aussi pour se rendre dans les autres sites de la Martinique à condition de disposer d’un véhicule. Attention à la mer du Diamant qui peut être agitée. Je garde le meilleur pour la fin, et tiens à remercier nos hôtes pour cette belle maison et surtout Serge pour son accueil, sa disponibilité durant notre séjour, ses repas créoles proposés, réalisés sur place et dressés mieux que dans tous les restaurants que nous avons pu essayer durant notre séjour. Le poisson sauce chien, la préparation des légumes pays, les langoustes grillées sont autant de souvenir qui resteront dans nos mémoires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à la Martinique, et encore plus dans la villa Rosazur pour saluer de nouveau Serge, et les propriétaires de cette belle villa.

Un merveilleux sejour

La maison correspond absolument à la présentation ! Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants dont 1 bébé, il y a un lit bébé, une chaise haute et des moustiquaires. Accueil très chaleureux par Serge et Catherine que nous remercions! Un jardin avec des bananiers, des colibris, de multiples fleurs, c est un petit coin de paradis. Merci pour les conseils et les bons plans qui ont fait de nos vacances un pur moment de bonheur.
