Beautiful recent villa of 100 m² facing West, East, air-conditioned, above-ground swimming pool 4 meters in diameter, on enclosed grounds of 1,500 m². Quiet area, 2 km from all amenities. All comfort for a maximum of 8 people. Nice view. Large living room 45 m², 3 bedrooms. Sea 25 km, Lake of Sainte-Croix about 50 km, Gorges du Verdon 45 km.
Leisure center (lake, slide and trampoline on the water ...). Track for roller-skating and cycling, children's games at 2km)

Coup de coeur pour cette villa au charme Provençale

Deux semaines passées dans cette magnique villa, absolument comme décrite dans l'annonce. Jessica est très sympathique et serviable. La propriétaire des lieux est juste rayonnante et très à l'écoute. Cela a été un plaisir de vous rencontrer..!! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette agréable maison, idéalement placé sur la commune de Vidauban. Nous étions quatre adultes et quatre enfants avec deux chiens, villa très spacieuse. Si vous hésitez, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

Werk aan de winkel voor verhuurder!

Bij aankomst verschillende lampen zijn kapot, bij regenval slaan de stoppen door; Er zijn geen ligbedden in de tuin; De tuin is niet echt onderhouden, overal schiet er onkruid door het grind; De rest van de tuin is op het getoonde terras na, nagenoeg onbegaanbaar! Niet alleen ligt dit tegen een enorm steile heuvel op, maar is het ook compleet verwilderd. Onze honden vonden het prachtig, maar reken je met 8 personen niet rijk aan een ruimte als je de oppervlakte leest in de omschrijving; De bevestiging van de douchekop is kapot (werd wel gemaakt); het douchegordijn blijft niet hangen; De sluiting van de schuifdeur werkt niet goed; Afval emmertjes ontbraken in de badkamer en toilet; Het huis aanbieden in deze staat voor 8 personen zou ik zelf niet doen, we misten ook de tweede badkamer en hebben om die reden vrienden van ons afgezegd; De luiken voor de deuren sluiten niet; De ombouw van het zwembad heeft z’n langste tijd gehad, bovenste planken staan krom en er steken schroeven uit; In de woning was het ook ondermaats, bij de eettafel stonden houten klapstoeltjes, de vaatwasser heeft kuren en de ijskast is echt aan vervanging toe, koelt gewoon niet meer. Zelfs de boter smolt weg, bier en frisdrank bleef lauw. Boodschappen doen om zelf te koken werd lastig, want op deze temperaturen wilden wij geen vlees en dergelijke in de ijskast leggen.

Very nice house, good located, fine Intermarche nearby. House is located between residential houses. Lovely owner with good communications.

Un séjour au calme

Tout a été parfait ! Un grand merci à Valerie pour son accueil lors de notre arrivée et pour l’attention qu’elle nous a manifesté tout au long de notre location. Les prestations de la maison ainsi que sa localisation nous ont permis de passer un agréable et reposant séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
