Ideally located, very quiet and very well connected. Construction occupied only by owners who live there or have a vacation home. The whole urbanization is flat which is ideal for walking. Along with urbanization is a protected area in the river Guadalhorce where you can make bird watching lagoon. Magnifico to relax, or for a family holiday.

Let me start by stating that the owner is very service oriented and very nice. He received us well. The house and surroundings are clean and met more than our expectations. The area is quiet, but also central. All necessary amenities are within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool. It is highly recommended to go here on vacation. It is enjoying.

Hemos repetido nuestra estancia y desde luego volveremos a repetir. Apartamento muy cómodo, tiene de todo. Piscina estupenda, playa cercana, tranquilidad, todo ideal para descansar. También hay que destacar la atención recibida por parte del propietario, muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo.

Enjoyable Place

The landlord, Miguel, was so gentle to handover the keys at 1 am in the night and took the time to guide us trough the area. The house was clean, had all the needed equipment’s and it is a child-friendly apartment. We were amazed how big and beautiful the apartment was. The area around the apartment was another delight. The beach was on 2 min walking distant, there was a swimming pool in front of the apartment. Everything that we needed was nearby and/or accessible by public transport. We must say this place was quite quit, but that was what we needed from the fuss in our daily working life. We definitely recommend this apartment to you.

Excelente opcion y dueños exquisitos.

El piso estubo muy bien, equipado con todo lo necesario y hasta mas. Muy tranquilo y muy cercano a la Ciudad, al Centro Comercial y Ocio, a las localidades mas turisticas de la Costa del Sol y menos de 4 kms de l'aeropuerto. Muy bien conectado con las autopistas principales que rodean Malaga. Bajo el piso, justo a la esquina cuenta con paradas de autobuses para ir a Malaga, Torremolinos y al Centro Comercial Paza Mayor. Aun que no tenga aparcamiento proprio, nunca tuvimos problemas para aparcar en la calle, donde hay mucho espacio para aparcar el coche. La zona de la piscina es muy limpia y con un cesped muy refinido y incluso se puede comer alli en cuanto hay mesas al aire libre. El piso estaba muy limpio y reflexionaba en todo el anuncio. Lo aconsejeria seguro a cualquier clase de persona en cuanto puede satisfacer tanto los jovenes como las familias, En ultimo los dueños han sido muy amables, puntuales y disponibles en todo el proceso del alquiler, desde el proceso hasta la entrega de las llaves.
