We offer you all the comforts our second home: a very bright T3 with parking and balcony, renovated from floor to ceiling in 2013.

South facing this apartment is ideally situated between Les Halles and Grande Plage, in a residence with lift and offers a new equipment of high quality.

It consists of a large master bedroom (160 bed) overlooking greenery of a small street with its public garden at the end. The second bedroom and 2 small single beds (80x190) or pushed together for a couple, communicates with a loggia.

The kitchen, equipped with the latest technology, opens onto a large living room where you can comfortably dine. It has large French windows and a large balcony for breakfast overlooking beautiful Basque houses and garden. New LED TV 3D 102cm. Hifi, internet very high speed WiFi, cot, large sofa, dining area wide table, everything is designed for your comfort. The bathrooms are new and more ... the toilet is separate.

Do not touch your car! The apartment has its own parking space directly accessible by lift in the residence. This square is close we are stationnons our qashqai but it also can accommodate larger vehicles in this case, I recommend parking at Vinci parking for 70 € the week at 50m of the residence or the public park for 12 € the week.

The apartment is ideal for all on foot: you will enjoy the two most beautiful beaches in less than 5 min and 2 min, you'll scoop the typical market of Les Halles and famous Basque bars which make the reputation of this district very research.

My staff will reserve you a warm welcome and take care of you.

For even more comfort, we offer to house the linen rental option at 60 €.

The final cleaning is already included in the rental price and ensures an apartment from a level of hygiene and spotless ...

We rent for stays of 4 nights minimum.

To guarantee excellent comfort, 2 deposit checks: a 1,000 € and 50 € (uncashed) be attached to the lease.

A great apartment - so glad we found it!

This was a great apartment and we had a wonderful stay in Biarritz. The apartment was extremely clean and modern and very comfortable and in a great location – everything . The balcony was a lovely addition and a great place to relax and watch the world go by! We would thoroughly recommend any family to stay here and would love to come back. Thank you Danielle.

APPARTEMENT A RECOMMANDER

Cet appartement est spacieux, particulièrement bien agencé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est très bien conçu et tout marche: TV? WIFI, machine à laver lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, etc...

Il est particulièrement bien situé dans un résidence calme et bien entretenue près des halles et du centre et les propriétaires sont charmants. A l'année prochaine, j'espère.

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicacion es buena, cerca de todo. La experiencia ha sido muy buena, muy bien el garaje en la parte de abajo, se llegaba desde el mismo ascensor, lo que evitaba tener que buscar aparcamiento. En general la estancia genial, creo que es el apartamento mejor equipado en el que he estado.

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort, très propre et soigné. Seul bémol, la place de parc dans le garage qui n'est pas aux standards des voitures moyennes actuelles. Néanmoins. je recommande cet appartement au cœur de Biarritz. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires.

Owner's Response: Je vous remercie car nous mettons vraiment tout en œuvre pour que vos séjours se passent dans le plus grand confort. C'est pourquoi je tiens à apporter quelques précisions techniques vous représentant le stationnement de votre voiture dans le parking de notre residence. Effectivement, nous y garons un Nissan 4x4 Xtrail mais la manœuvre n'est pas aisée, c'est pour cela que nous conseillons clairement dans notre annonce, pour les 4x4 et monospaces, le parking privé surveillé situé à 50m de notre résidence. Pour vous donner une idée plus précise, un véhicule du gabarit d'un Qashqai Nissan, peut se garer correctement. J'espère que ces informations vous auront apporté quelques éclaircissements, et n'hésitez surtout pas à me contacter pour plus d'informations, je me ferais un plaisir de vous répondre.
