Superbe séjour

Très bel appartement, très spacieux, décoré avec goût, avec une superbe vue sur la mer ! Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous reçoit. Nous y retournerons en avril prochain !

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr gemütlichen und schönen Appartement, mit Blick auf den Strand mit seinem weiten Horizont. Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön, besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach top. Der Strand ist zum Spazieren einfach genial. Nicht so weit von dem Standort befindet sich Europas größtes Aquarium "Nausicaá Centre National de la Mer". Der Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden fall. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, so wie zuhause auch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Auch die nette Person bei der Übergabe hat uns alles erklärt. Französisch sollte man hier schon beherrschen, da die Person vor Ort nur französisch spricht. Alles in einem war das für die ganze Family ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Superbe logement, belle vue mer, plage et ville.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable durant cette 1ère semaine de vacances d'hiver, en famille avec nos enfants dans ce beau logement très propre et équipé de façon complète et moderne, avec une vue unique sur la mer, la plage et l'esplanade. Les commerces, restaurants, piscine ... sont à proximité immédiate, tout peut se faire à pied. Une place de stationnement est réservée à l'intérieur de la résidence, ce qui est pratique. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous met en relation avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir sur place à l'heure convenue ensemble. Superbes ballades à faire dans les dunes et les environs. Les phoques de la Baie d'Authie, à deux pas de la résidence, offrent un spectacle adorable pour les enfants. Berck est une ville très gaie et animée même l'hiver. Nous reviendrons sans doute très prochainement dans cette location.

Décevant

Nous sommes très déçus de cette location. Etant donné le prix pour Berck et le contrat de location sur 4 pages à signer, on s'attendait à bien mieux. La vue donne plus sur le parking que la plage, le ménage laisse à désirer, on a du attendre les clés 1h à notre arrivée pour être accueilli car la propriétaire n'a pas prévenu et comble du comble, il a fallu, en plus de la location onéreuse, payer en fin de séjour l'eau et l'électricité! Du jamais vu! Je déconseille fortement.
