Lovely spot by the beach

Had a great time - Rosario was very helpful and left us to enjoy the property and surrounding town/ beaches.

Perfect place for relaxing, calm holidays.

Strongly recommended place. Beautiful seaside, very calm and relaxing. Best place if someone would like to avoid noisy surrounding. Blue and clear sea ideal for snookering. Very hospitable Owner. He greeted us at 2am just after our arriving with wine and traditional Sicilian pastries.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette villa. La patio est très agréable et bien ombragé. La proximité de la plage est également appréciable.

Buono ma con riserva

La struttura è potenzialmente molto valida per la disposizione degli spazi e la fruibilità. La location è a dir poco incantevole. Peccato per lo stato un po' approssimativo in cui versa. Abbiamo avuto problemi tecnici di varia natura che tuttavia il proprietario ha risolto con buona tempestività. Alcuni materassi ci hanno dato problemi di irritazioni perché evidentemente erano molto sfruttati. Nel complesso comunque un giudizio positivo grazie alla posizione della casa, alla bellezza del posto ed alla cordialità del proprietario.

Excellente situation, très bonne prestation pour un séjour en famille

L'endroit est idyllique, la commune de Scopello est suffisamment éloignée pour être (un peu) à l'écart de ka cohue aoutienne. Sis dans un lotissement privé et fermé, les deux appartements indépendants qui constituent la maison, reliée par une grande terrasse arborée (il y a un citronnier plein de fruits !), font certes leur âge mais sont bien équipés (beaucoup de serviettes, tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine) et d'une propreté irréprochable. Gros point fort, l'accès direct à la plage en 150 m (arriver tôt la plage est petite et vite pleine). Un très bel endroit pour un séjour en famille, et le propriétaire est très sympa en plus.
