Perfect Sister Getaway Cabin!

  • 5 of 5

I booked this cabin for a sisters' trip and I couldn't have asked for anything more from a cabin rental. The views from the cabin are beautiful. Every morning we had many deer that would come close to the bottom of the deck. We had plenty of room throughout the cabin. One of my sisters' is handicapped and the cabin was perfect for her. The pictures on this web site do not do justice to how gorgeous the cabin is. We also had any kind of small appliance that we needed while cooking or making our meals/desserts!! If I ever get a chance to visit the Black Hills again, I will definitely book this wonderful cabin.

Wonderful!! Great Memories made!

  • 5 of 5

We can't say enough great things about this comfortable, beautiful home. After an exciting long day of sight seeing it was wonderful to come home and relax while the kids explored different rocks and gorgeous scenery. Sitting out on the porch and enjoying the wildlife with a cup of coffee was another memorable moment. We went at Spring Break for our kids and we had great weather and no lines or chaos to go see the major highlights of the Black Hills.. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Jewel and Wind Cave, trails around Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park-- the Wildlife Loop with tons of Buffalo, antelope, and deer. Hot Springs Mammoth site and Evans Plunge was fun on a cooler day. Devils Tower and trail walking around this fabulous monument. Rapid City and the City of Presidents was cool for my son who is in 4rth grade. Deadwood was fun as well, my Dad got to check out the casinos and we got truffles at Chubby Chipmunk! Lots of great history and culture to learn. Great Eats at Bugling Bull, Black Hills Burgers and Buns, and the Bakery's Cafe...YUMMY!! Brian thank you for helping our family make great memories! Love the fireplace in the evening as well!

Delightful, warm and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

This was the first time in 4 years all of our children and grandchildren were together. And having this family time at this cabin was perfect. It is spacious with plenty of room for everyone - privacy for all yet, generous space to gather as a group. We even had family pictures taken in front of the fireplace in this log cabin. It doesn't get any better than this modern, comfortable cabin close to Custer, SD.

Great location - convenient!

  • 4 of 5

Overall this was a nice place to spend a long weekend. The location was very convenient to all of the area destinations and the home was not lacking conveniences! The beds were comfortable and there were a number of them so a large group would have been easily accommodated. The loft rooms don't have ceilings, so our one critique would be that noise transferred through the home easily and meant that everyone had to go to bed around the same time.
