This attractive townhouse style property consists of 2 bedrooms which both contain full en suite bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa and the entire unit sleeps six comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has one double bed and single bed and both contain flat screen televisions. Both bedrooms and full baths are contained on the upper level while the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The kitchen consists of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave (all stainless steal), kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, cookware etc. There is also an island with 2 chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs. The living room contains a sofa couch, love seat and television.
The 1,500 square foot unit is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. There is tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and wood flooring throughout the rest of the unit. There are walk-in closets, ample storage space, laundry facilities and a half bath on the ground level. The unit also comes equipped with internet and wifi, cable television, a telephone land line, towels and linen, iron and ironing board and parking. A large lawn and private patio are also available equipped with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs.
This is a non smoking unit that does not allow pets. Children are welcomed. Prearranged rides to grocery store and beach are available upon request. Laundry and cleaning services available upon request.
The property is located minutes away from a variety of wonderful restaurants including: the Swizzle Inn Restaurant, The Waterlot Inn Restaurant and Dock, Henry VIII, Island Cuisine, Mr. Chicken, The Wok, and The Dining Room. There are also several restaurants within the Elbow Beach Hotel (Lido, Sea Breeze, Mickey's Beach Bistro), Fairmont Southampton Hotel (Jasmine Lounge, Boundary Sports Bar and Grille , Oceans Club, Waterlot Steak House, Wickets) Belmont Hills(Blu and Divots) and The Reefs Hotel (Coconuts, Ocean Echo, Lounge + Terrace, Royston's).
The unit is in close proximity to Elbow Beach (4 mins), Long Bay Beach (8 mins) and Horseshoe Bay (9 mins) Church Bay (10 mins)
The Property is approximately 2 minutes from the Belmont Hills Golf Course, 5 minutes from the Riddells Bay Golf Course, 7 minutes from Turtle Hill Golf Club at Fairmont Southampton and 15 minutes from the Port Royal Golf Course which was the home the PGA Grand Slam of Golf.
The bus into Hamilton is just outside of the property and ferry is 7 minutesdrive.

Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, Horseback riding, bowling, plant nursery, Railway Trail, churches.
For those who love walking there is also the nearby “railway walking trail”, where you can walk for miles admiring the beautiful island scenery without the intrusion of motor vehicles.

Wonderful stay in family friendly location
We were vacationing with our 1&3 year old kids. The rental house was nice, spacious, well kept, and super clean! We arrived early evening on a Sunday (when the buses weren't going) and Thomasina was very helpful in setting up a taxi for us and getting basic groceries to last us the first 24 hours until we could get to the grocery store. The Bus that comes closest to the house (Bus 2 Ord Road) is only 5 minutes from the door of the property. There is a steep hill but it is quite doable with a decent stroller and is fully paved the entire way down. The house is located right next to the owner's and her extended family. The were all very friendly and extra helpful - some of them even drove us around! We felt very safe in this environment. Warwick Parish, where the property is located, was centrally located and easy to travel to both ends of the island.
We had no significant negative issues. Wifi was down for most of our stay but Thomasina was quick to problem solve and connect us with another network. We also had minor difficulties initially working the TV and netflix. This could be easily remedied in the future with a TV remote/netflix guide summary sheet in the existing rental information booklet.
We absolutely loved our experience at Thomasina's property and would stay there again! We'd have no reservations recommending it to friends or family.
It was a pleasure having your family at my village out back vacation home. I'm happy you made it to the beach and all other planned outings.
The wifi was disconnected by the workman in the area and has been resolved. As you can see we have a few options with wifi and you could connect during your stay I am also working on the TV instructions, I will have that completed before the next vacationers arrive.

Excellent Hospitality in this Spacious Townhome
This spacious townhome was perfect for 5 adults. Two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, was especially convenient. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch, and the living area was equipped with a large flatscreen TV. Thomasina and her mother were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even took the time to drive us to/from Horseshoe Bay, and to drive my son and his friend to the Barracks where they were staying with the Rugby Team. We thoroughly enjoyed the home!
We took a taxi often, and tried to make use of the bus as well. While we were in Bermuda, the buses were not running as scheduled, which hindered us from using the bus more. It was not easy to walk many places, so a taxi or bus is a must.

Great location, very comfortable, very clean!
Great location, very comfortable, very clean! We loved the condo! It’s much larger then the pictures can show. We liked the location of the unit because it was easy to get anywhere on the island. You could take the bus although we found it less it’s expensive to take taxis. Download the app called Hitch Bermuda. It is similar to Uber and works great! Don’t be afraid to go to Bermuda in the winter- we had 68-75 degree weather. Perfect for golf. If you do golf the unit is very close to Belmont Golf Club. We actually walked one day and they told us to call next time and they would pick us up at the third hole which was a very short walk.

A great place to stay!
We were a party of five (2 adults and 3 kids aged 3 - 10) and the town house was ideal. It’s a a good size and has everything you need. Home from home! Thomasina is a lovely host. She was very quick to answer our questions and as per the other reviews, was very welcoming and very efficient in organising taxis etc. She was kind enough to get in supplies for our first morning, take us to the grocery store the next day and get bus tokens. The location was brilliant. It is a 15 minute stroll (hilly but a nice stroll, even with kids) to the number 7 bus stop which goes along the south shore and gives you access to the beaches. Number 2 bus stop to Hamilton is an easy 5 minute downhill stroll. Jobsons Cove is definitely worth a visit, as is Horseshoe Bay. The buses are regular enough and easy to use. They also give you a chance to chat to some of the locals who are unbelievably friendly and very proud of their island. We had a great time and cannot recommend staying at Thomasina’s townhouse enough. Thanks!

We had a wonderful 20th anniversary at Thomasina and George's beautiful home. It had all the amenities you could ever need or want and was very luxurious. Great location, very close to grocery and Swizzle Inn! We highly recommend this lovely home and cannot wait to return!

A charming and spacious retreat in Bermuda
This townhouse, part of a lovely, serene family "compound" , ticked all the boxes. It is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and the owner, Thomasina, is nearby in an adjacent home and VERY responsive to all our questions, needs, and requests for guidance and help. Being in Warwick Parish, the "mid-island" location is ideal for those of us who like to explore every inch of the Bermuda archipelago, but you must be aware that having transportation, in the form of motor scooters, will be necessary! We came to Bermuda to see the America's Cup final races, and Thomasina was enthusiastic and supportive of the event, and had awesome advice for the best places to see/eat/drink during the week. I would come back here anytime!!!
