Apartment cliamtisé sea view luxury in one small luxury residence

The apartment is designed to suit both a family with children, only 2 pairs of adults (with or without children).

It is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a small apartment building is ideally located 50m from the main beach and the marina and in the pedestrian area of ​​downtown. Meals can be enjoyed on the balcony terrace with sea view.

The living room & the air-conditioned lounge overlooking two facades facing east-south-east. A bay window provides access to the balcony - terrace which enjoys a very clear view and the view of the sea. We (6 people max) our meals on the balcony terrace with sea view. A sunscreen protects balcony and living room, as needed.

The floor is marble, plaster walls are white like ceilings. Tiles and earthenware in the ponds.

We insist on good quality and condition of the residence and the very good from the apartment and views (panoramic) that give this side "vacancy".

The close proximity of the beach, shops and all activities is ideal for small and large. We will find many playgrounds (beach, park, town center ...

There is no need to take the car, everything is nearby!
