About the property

Air-conditioned apartment with sea view - 50m beach in a small luxury residence

This apartment is designed to suit a family with children, as well as 2 couples of adults (with or without children). It is located on the 3rd floor of a small residential building; with elevator, ideally located 50m from the main beach and the marina and in the pedestrian area of ​​the city center. Meals can be taken on the terrace-balcony with a beautiful sea view.

Description of the apartment:

1 independent entrance equipped with a large closet;

1 separate toilet with sink cabinet and mirror (Aséo acting as extra shower room);

2 very bright and air-conditioned rooms which overlook a quiet pedestrian street. Each room is equipped with a large closet and double beds (triple beds in one of the 2 rooms);

1 bathroom with bath - shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;

The kitchen has an independent entrance and communicates through a door to the dining room, is equipped with a marble worktop (see photos). It also gives on a storeroom (boiler, tub, reserve);

The air-conditioned living room & lounge overlooks 2 east-south-east facing facades. The large bay window gives access to the balcony - terrace which enjoys a very clear view and a view of the sea (we take our meals on the terrace-balcony). Sun protection also protects the living room, when necessary.

The floor of the apartment is marble, the plastered walls are white in color as the ceilings. Tiles and earthenware in the ponds.

We insist on the good quality and condition of the residence and the apartment, its view (not overlooked) that give it this side "personalized holiday". The close proximity of the beach, shops and all activities is ideal for small and large. We will find many playgrounds (beach, park, downtown ..).

It is useless to take the car, all the shops and all the activities are nearby. We offer several possibilities of parking:

Free in the street- distance following season - or, ticket machines, or, guarded parking of good quality nearby / base 15 € / day.

15 minutes away: SALOU, a lively town with many bars and clubs, REUS, the city "del GAUDI" or Tarragonne with pedestrian centers of times as charming and authentic.

The access to Barcelona (1 hour by car) can also be easily done with one of the tourist buses (which offer several possibilities of excursions) - and, in our opinion, for a visit of a day or two, by the train that also drops us in the center.
