Comfortably furnished, the unit boasts a gas fireplace, 32' LCD television and seclusion from the congestion of downtown Breckenridge, yet within walking distance of it's quaint shops and restaurants. This condo has high speed internet and access to an outdoor hot tub. Only one parking pass is provided.

The Atrium condominium complex is located at the south end of French Street, three block's easy walking distance to the center of the bustling business district of Breckenridge, with its many wonderful restaurants and shops. It is also just 6 blocks from the ski area. The residential neighborhood across the street and the city park and play area behind Atrium provide pleasant family environment. The play area behind the Atrium includes volleyball and tennis courts. The Atrium also has a Common Living Area that is shared with all the Atrium guest in the main area of the building providing a great meeting place for the whole family and comfortable atmosphere to relax after a long day on the slopes. *Free Wifi

Great ski condo!

First , the management company did an outstanding job communicating and answering any questions. They responded very rapidly with any issues we had during the stay! The condo is in a great location, within walking distance of Breckenridge. Free shuttle to the slopes is literally out the front door! Plus there is a city park right behind the condo with a sledding hill for the kiddos to play on after you wear them out on the slopes. The only thing to be aware of is the garage door height is limited so if you have a tall truck or SUV with a ski rack you will be parking outside. No real issue with this as there is plenty of parking.

Great location, good condo, bad heating system

The facility was clean and fairly well maintained, good location, the AC/heating system is very difficult to control, resulted in not being able to sleep well as it was alternating too hot and too cold

Ski condo in perfect location

Exactly what we are looking for in a ski condo. Nice and comfortable. Located in walking distance to the slopes and the center of town. There is also a shuttle that runs to the slopes. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The owners and the rental property answered all our questions and were super helpful. Would totally reserve this place again.
