old house (listed as a watchtower / fortified house of S. XV) fully renovated and located in historic uptown Andratx with beautiful sea and mountain views from every room.

Ideal for families with children and couples who want to enjoy tranquility.

It has 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, living and dining-kitchen), 2 bathrooms, 20m2 terrace and laundry.

Well connected with public transport to Palma, Puerto de Andratx and San Telmo although car is recommended.

Access to the street is narrow drive but you can get to the door to leave luggage. There is a public parking 5 minutes.

There medical center, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, shops, bakery and supermarkets (Erosky, Mercadona) nearby. Golf course in Camp de Mar, public swimming pool, several beaches within 5 km. You can perform water activities, diving, hiking, horseback riding ....

Wer gut zu Fuß ist, wird mit toller Aussicht belohnt.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus über drei Etagen. Mit dem PKW nicht leicht zu erreichen, Parken am Haus nicht möglich. Parkplatz liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Einige Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Zucker, Essig und ein wenig Öl würden den Aufenthalt erleichtern. Die 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernte Bar Cubano können wir empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige, am oberen Ortsrand von Andratx gelegene Ferienwohnung mit drei Stockwerken. (Eigentlich ist es ein kleines Haus.)

Küche, 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und super Dachterasse mit traumhaftem Blick über die Stadt Andratx bis zur Bucht von Port Andratx.

Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und neuwertig. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter (eine junge, spanische Familie)

sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Parken dirket vor dem Haus ist möglich, allerdings ist die Zufahrt durch die Seitengasse etwas beengt.

Die Unterkunft bekommt von uns 5 Sterne, sie hat den Uraub deutlich aufgewertet. Jederzeit wieder!!

Very nice and quiet, located above the center location of Andratx.

Apartment with three storeys. (Actually, it is a small house .)

Kitchen, 2 bathrooms , 2 bedrooms, living room and super roof terrace with great views of the city Andratx to the bay of Port Andratx .

The device is complete and new. We felt very comfortable in the two weeks . The owners (a young spanish family) are very nice and helpful .

Parking in front of the house is possible.

The accommodation receives 5 stars from us! It has significantly upgraded our holidays. We would take it again!!
