Our luxury duplex apartment situated in the Boquer Valley, is only 200 metres from the beautiful Voramar Beach & the famous Pine Walk. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is a mere 5 mins walk where you will find a wonderful selection of shops & restaurants. The apartment is part of the exclusive Edificio Camino de Boquer complex, & guests enjoy full access to the communal pool & garden area. It is fully air conditioned with heating available during cooler months. The 1st floor apartment comprises luxury lounge with UK satellite TV leading directly to a large terrace, modern fully equipped fitted kitchen for guests wishing to self-cater, and separate utility room, 2 double bedrooms & family bathroom with bath & shower. The 2nd floor apartment, offers open plan lounge with UK satellite TV & kitchen area, luxury double bedroom & bathroom. From the huge terrace guests can access the wonderful roof terrace with stunning 360degree views. Apts are not let to seperate renters at the same time.

Pollenca: Pollenca is one of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. It is located in the unspoilt North of the island, about 35 miles from the airport. Pollenca is a town with great history and traditions, home to many artists and painters since the beginning of the last century. Here you will find a maze of narrow streets and open plazas; the centre is the main square, overlooked by a magnificent church, where the local Sunday market is held weekly. Apart from its pretty square it has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast. Bordered by hills and dramatic rocky mountains to the North, Pollenca is just a few minutes drive from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches and stunning mountain scenery.

Puerto Pollensa : Wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere, this is the resort of Puerto Pollensa. The bay of Pollensa is home to a multitude of luxury yachts, as well as a mixture of colourful local fishing boats. The warm shallow waters of the bay make it especially popular for families with small children. There is a good selection of shops, bars and pavement cafes to choose from, as well as several high class fish restaurants. However, without a doubt the main feature of the resort is the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana mountain range that surrounds and shelters the town. For the more active, there are numerous walks into these hills from where the views back over the bay are stunning. Tourists have been coming to Puerto Pollensa since the 1920s and the hotels on the sea front still retain an old fashioned air, and today the town attracts mainly British families looking for something more than the hussle and bussle of the south coast resorts.

Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia : The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visit Alcudia for the beach alone, 11km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea, there are many beach-side cafés and restaurants, and a great variety of water sports. There are many other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife centres around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia, is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins and a lovely Sunday market. The port of Alcudia has a lovely old fishing village which lies at the northern end of the beach. A tight grid of streets, with restaurants and gift shops lining the sea front, and more traditional Spanish style shops and cafés on the street behind, with some excellent sea food restaurants.

Spacious, beautifully furnished, clean apartment.

We stayed at this well equipped, beautifully furnished, very clean apartment with our older children, so the fact that it was over 2 floors, was great. The balconies and roof terrace were amazing, and the views from the terrace were stunning. The pool and area surrounding it, was very clean and well maintained, and we usually had the pool to ourselves. The location of the apartment was ideal as it was only about 5 minutes walk to the beach and a large choice of restaurants. The management company were very helpful and obliging, and everything was as advised. Overall perfect holiday apartment, I couldn't fault it.

The perfect pad for a great holiday

I have stayed in this apartment for the last three years with friends on a cycling holiday & will be booking it again for 2013. I would highly recommend this apartment, it is well appointed, has all modern appliances needed for self catering, great outside space with two balcony’s and a roof terrace for all day sun, and is a short walk from the beach & bars etc. The apartment is like a home from home where you can just relax in comfort in its quit location but still only 200m from pine walk & the beach. The apartment is ideal for groups of friends, large families, or even two families could use it and still have there own space with the two apartments in this fantastic duplex.

perfect location

we had a lovely 2 weeks in the 2 bed apartment it is set in the quiet area of boquer yet only 5 minutes walk from the pine walk and 10 minutes walk to the centre of puerto pollensa,very good standard of accomodation would highly recommend.Go for a lovely walk along the pine walk to the illa dor hotel for an evening drink watching the sun set over the trumantana mountains PERFECT !!!!

Stayed in the top floor Penthouse apartment.Ideal for a couple.Lovely and clean and larger than the pictures show.Huge balcony and private roof terrace with great views.Quiet area,but very close to beach and shops,so no need to hire a car.Weather was also great,so all in all an excellent holiday and a very helpful owner.Would definitely stay here again.

Family Summer Holiday 2011

We really enjoyed our holiday at camideboquer. The layout of the apartments was ideal for our party which consisted of our family of four and our parents. The accomodation was clean and well decorated with all the appliances you could need. A real home from home. The location of the apartment is great, with brilliant views of the local mountains from the roof terrace and only a short walk to the family friendly beach and many bars and restaurants. The pool was well maintained. The support offered by the management company was also very good as they responded extremely quickly with spare keys when I had the pleasure of locking my mobile phone in the apartment when we were checking out.

Great apartment, great location.

Some friends and I hired this apartment for a week in June 2011 and had a great time. The apartment is really well located for Port de Pollensa's Pine walk with lots of lovely restaurants and great shops etc. just off the beach front. A 5 minute walk from the apartment has you at the sea front.

The duplex itself is well kitted out with everything you could possibly need and has lots of space - the two lounges, terraces and brilliant roof top bbq area give you lots of space to relax. The complex is well maintained with a nice swimming pool .

All in all a perfect base for our week in Mallorca and good value too!

Please understand, if you have not been to the Port before, Puerto Pollensa is most definitely NOT Magaluf! It is quiet and sophisticated and ideal for families and mature couples. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, but don't come here for clubbing! Enjoy an evening stroll on the famous Pine Walk or relax on the wonderful safe and sandy beach, wonder at the magnificent sand sculptures close to the marina. For the more adventurous take a drive into the mountains to Formentor or further afield to Soller and Deya, but don’t miss the nearby old towns of Alcudia and Pollenca. The North of the island is ideal for cyclists, swimming, diving, sailing, bird watching and there's two golf courses nearby at Pollensa and Alcunada.
