2 large bedrooms and bathrooms - over 1300 sq. feet. Private covered parking.

Mexico Beach is a quaint, family-friendly, beach town 30 minutes east of Panama City Beach. The sugar-white beaches are great for shelling. The crystal clear green water is great for swimming and the beautiful sunsets - did we mention the sunsets - they are unbelievable!

Oceanside Village is a newer smaller town home complex located in the center of town. There is no need to cross the busy street as our town home is located on the beach side of Highway 98! To get to the beach you turn right out of the driveway and walk approximately 2 minutes. This is very convenient if you are bringing items down to the beach or toting around several children. The street is very safe and only gets local traffic.

Steps from the beach, the marina, the public fishing pier, local shops, and restaurants, this two-bedroom, two-bath unit is filled with natural sunlight, upscale decor, new furniture throughout, and all the comforts of home. Entertain family and friends in the spacious full kitchen and adjoining living/dining area that includes a 43' flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with surround sound. Or - have some fun and play some old school Nintendo 64.

After a long day at the beach you can come back and relax on the main deck which overlooks the new Oceanside pool and landscaped private courtyard. We have an outdoor shower to use as well to get all the sand off before getting into the pool.

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, Corian counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We have also just added a new stackable energy efficient washer and dryer unit.

Relax in the cottage-style master suite which has a queen-size bed, 32' flat screen TV/DVD, private balcony with ocean view, double sinks, shower, and large garden tub. The coastal-style guest suite has a queen-size bed, TV, private balcony and adjacent shower/bath. All of the linens are provided and are of top quality - no hard sheets/towels at this place :)

The living area sleeps three with one double sleeper sofa and one single pull out sleeper chair.

Our rates include everything that you need for a relaxing vacation with no worries. Cleaning fee ($120) included. Florida taxes (11%) included. Linens and towels - included!!

You will also find that we have required a $59 non-refundable damage protection plan. We feel that it is in the best interest of both the homeowner and guest to feel secure if any damages were to accidentally happen.

All you need to bring are clothes and a few good bottles of wine to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets while relaxing on the beach!

About Tom Benson

My wife and I are from Des Moines, IA. We had spent several years living in Albany Georgia from 2010 through 2012 where we found out about Mexico Beach. We moved back to Ankeny, IA in 2012 for both of our jobs. We have since welcomed the birth of our twin boys. Due to this we are unable to get down to Mexico Beach as much as we would like and have decided to rent our unit out.

Why Tom Benson chose Mexico Beach

We had previously only been using our townhome for vacation breaks and for family and friends. We spent a large amount of time looking for a vacation home before finding our current unit. Mexico Beach offers the best of both worlds. Not only do you get awesome beaches - that are never crowded - but you also get the small town feel that is never too touristy. You also get all the benefits of great restaurants and fun little shops. There are no chains here.

What makes this townhome unique

This townhome has a great comfy feel to it. We wanted a place that was nice and updated. We looked at so many places that had the old outdated beach themes. Not our place. Our friends that come to visit are amazed at how nice it is. We did everything that we could to ensure that it looked and felt like home to us.

Great vacation location!

Our family including our grandchildren (Ages 6 and 1 1/2) stayed the week of August 1st. We loved the location especially with small children. The beach is not crowded and a short distance from the townhouse. It was a short walk to the gas station and the 40th Street Pizzeria and Seafood. We liked the low key atmosphere of Mexico Beach.

The townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did bring our own baby gates since we had a little one but I noticed there were two gates in one of the closets. Tom was prompt in his response to our questions. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome, quiet area! Perfect for our family vacation!

The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. We shared the condo with my sister, her husband, their son, and our family of three. It was stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning, and had towels/washcloths...although for 6 people staying we could have used more washcloths! I'd definitely recommend this spot and would definitely use it again! We ate at two local places- mango marley's and toucans tiki bar- which were disappointing. Our cooking was much more satisfying and cheaper! We drove to Panama City for go carts (about an hour drive) and ate at Margaritaville- much better than the 2 local restaurants. Had a recommendation for Indian Pass Raw Bar, which was a long drive (about 30 minutes) and a long wait, but was delicious! It was a little on the pricey side.

There's a short walk to the beach, where we stayed under a tent every day, and spent some time at the private pool-nearly every day. It was perfectly relaxing and a comfortable, quiet area.

Best Kept Secret On The Florida Panhandle

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Shark Tooth Treasures. This is a luxury 3 level townhouse at a very moderate price. It has covered parking for 2 vehicles. Tom Benson, the owner, is very cordial and easy to work with. We liked the published all inclusive price, including the cleaning fee. All we had to do when we left early Saturday morning was be sure the patio doors were locked, the lights were turned out, and the keys were placed back in the lock box. Both bedrooms have their own full bath with complete privacy. The ultra modern stainless steel kitchen is attractive and easy to use. The property is located on the beach side of Hwy. 98 and is 100 yards or less from the awesome sugar white sand beach and the fishing pier.

2 snowbirds

We stayed the entire month of February and enjoyed the whole time. The condo is very "homey" and convenient to many things. Being on the "Gulf side" of Rt. 98 did not mean much until we got there. It's much easier than waiting to cross over with all your beach gear, and if we forgot something, we were very close to go back for it. Lots of stores, cafes, and seafood restaurants right up and down 98, past Port St.Joe, all the way to Apalachicola. The Mexico Beach public pier is the at the end of the next street, so we would meet lots of fishermen and vacationers. Nice place and nice location.

This is a great place to stay. Walking in the beach decor makes you feel excited and very inviting. The place was clean, quiet and open. The townhouse is close to the beach, which is a nice plus. It's walking distance to restaurants and local shops. We had a great memorable time here. We hope to come back and make this an annual retreat!!!!
