6 houses to beach and 5 houses to bay. Private lane with no traffic, only 8 houses on the lane. Five minute walk to Anchor Produce and Okie's Butcher for fresh corn and the best cuts of meat on the Island. One block walk to both Panzone's...best pizza and Yellow Fin ( 5 star restaurant). 1.5 miles to Harvey Cedars Shellfish Co., Black Eyed Susan's and The Plantation restaurants. Home is 4-5 minutes north of Rte. 72 causeway, with choice of LBI Blvd or Central Avenue to get here....not like the wait in traffic to get to/from Beach Haven area.
Beautiful accommodations for our party of five adults. Lots of outdoor nooks to provide quiet reading time as well as a large picnic table to enjoy meals cooked on the grill. We spent many nights relaxing in the living room and found the beds very comfortable.
We had a chance to meet the owner and so enjoyed sharing a few stories.

Lease emailed to tenant who signs and returns by mail with 50% deposit. Remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival along with $200 security check, which is returned within 7 days of the end of the lease assuming home is left as clean and neat as found.
Check-in is 3pm Saturday, Departure is 10am Saturday.
Deposits are non-refundable if for any reason the tenant cannot make lease commitments.
